Am I working out properly?

I’m a 5’11” 220 pound freshman and I just started to work out daily. I’m currently running 6 days a week 30 Ish minutes a day, increasing my run time by two minutes a week. I’m not doing any leg workouts because I don’t reakly want any more muscle down there, so now I’m doing an arm work out every 2-3 days, ab work out 2-3 days, and a stretching type exercise every 2-3 days. Kind of rotating but also giving myself a day of rest when needed. I’m carb, calorie, and fat counting in my diet, also getting rid of breads and heavier dairies like cheese. I mainly eat salads (very little dressing) using spinach or romaine lettuce, adding a white meat in and eating a serving size of fruit at each meal. I haven’t yet cut out sports drinks, that is my next step. As long as I’m not injuring myself, is this a good workout routine?

Why are you cutting our full fat cheese? this is healthy fat which your body needs. Reduce carbs as in refined sugars= bread, pastries, packaged food etc.....healthy fats are required if you are active. Eat all meats, not just white!! Ditch counting carbs, it doesn't work...all nutrient dense food have high cals...so therefore a waste of time counting them..
