Baked ham, fresh asparagus, a fruit salad, deviled eggs and either potatoes au gratin or a baked rice pudding. We don't usually have dessert, but if we were, I'd probably bake a cake for my husband.

Whatever is in the fridge and/or sounds good at the time I am hungry. My UN-laws do the traditional ham dinner, but I don't like their cooking. (Heavy on the fat and grease, light on the fruits and vegetables. My FILM overcooks frozen veggies in olive oil.) Also, I overdo it on the pancake breakfast at church. A light vegetable salad and fruit later in the day is good.

The meal around Easter time usually has ham, Mac and cheese, and sometimes hotdogs and hamburgers, my favorite dessert is banana pudding.
