Please help me. My son, 34, is married and has a 2 yr. old son. They are breaking up. His wife has his son and is staying with her parents.?

She is not allowing him to see his son, even after she says she will. She went to family court this morning. I am a wreck, very upset, have a knot in my stomach, and of course worried about my son who is alone, no car (but lives in the city). Low on cash, etc. He is depressed, angry. How can I help him? My heart is aching for all of them.

Tell him he needs a good lawyer on his side to help him fight for what he wants, as regards to his child. Tell him to keep a record of any time she refuses his right to see his child.

Otherwise be there for him, let him know he is not alone and you will stay by his side while he fights for his rights. If he gets too down, suggest he sees his doctor if he needs help to cope.

Has your son harmed the child or the mother? If not, the court will give him visitation. If she doesn't comply with that, she'll be held in contempt and will go before the judge for punishment.

U can take him live with u. And she doesnt have the right to keep the child from seeing the father. He goes to court and gets visitation rights. But honeslty - u did smth wrong because your son doesnt sound successful. His wife deserves to get smth better

you can help him by getting him a lawyer if he can't afford one.
