Does The Military have the right the authority and the duty to put the enemies of the U.S Constitution in front of a firing squad?

    The US Military does not enforce civilian law. It only has jurisdiction over those in uniform.

    The only law defined in the Constitution is "Treason" and the penalty can be death, but that is for civilian courts to pursue.

    as far as I know, "enemy of the Constitution" is not a valid charge, let alone a capital offense, according to military legal standards...
