How can I remove the effect of over-curried meals?

I'm on a weight watchers diet, but most of the weight watchers food my locat Iceland supermarket sells is lovely except it's ruined by curry or other spices that are far too strong. I want to keep eating the prepared food, so please don't tell me to prepare my own (I'm a terrible cook anyway), but what I'd love to do is be able to add something to the meal to take the curry effect away, or cancel it out. So what could I add that would make these otherwise fine meals edible? Thank you.

Add dairy, like coconut milk. Add something acidic. Add a sweetener. Add nut butter, like almond butter. Add something bland and starchy.

Talk to your grocer if they don't sell any of the non-curry types and ask if they can order some. They would probably be happy to accommodate you.

Add yogurt. Or make a raita with yogurt and grated cucumber to have with the curries.

I hate curry and have eaten plenty of those prepared meals--never had a problem with curry--so not sure what you are talking about?? there are plenty without curry.

The same as 'Jack' says [above], but if your'e weight watching, use something low fat like 0 fat yogurt / low fat creme fraiche instead.

You can try to pour off the sauce. You can't completely take away the taste. Cooking is not at all hard, and cooking simple low calorie meals would allow you to season your food the way you want to, plus it's more economical. The internet has instructions for just about anything you could want to cook.

You'd have to thaw the meat, take it out, and try rinsing it off, but that won't completely get rid of the flavors.

Kind of depends on what the dish is supposed to be. In some dishes, you can add dairy. In others, you can add tinned tomato sauce.

usually its easier to pour off the sauces. The ONLY thing you could add is steamed zero point veggies. But then you would have to cook.
