I recieved a Section 32 Waiver settlement, How long till I recieve payment ?

I already had my hearing with the judge and it was approved. According to Workers Compensation Law, I have a 10 day withdrawal period that began on January 3rd, ended on January 13th. I am now just waiting to recieve my "Notice Of Aprroval" from the Workers Compensation Board and then I know the Insurance company has 10 days to issue a check. How long does it take for board to send the "Notice Of Approval" ? I also am wondering, I set up direct deposit for the payment. Can a large sum of money be direct deposited ? and would funds be made availiable sooner then if they sent a check ? Lots of questions lol Any clarification is greatly appreciated !!

I an 99% certain NOTHING in your details is based on actually having a clue.

That said, direct deposit it the ONLY form of payment that doesn't have a maximum amount.

Workers Compensation is different in every state.

If you agreed to a settlement , the check will be issued within 10 days per (if you are correct about your state's laws).

A large sum of money can be direct deposited into your account.

Will you get the funds earlier if they sent a check? Most likely the transaction would be dated the same.

You can estimate it will take 24-48 hours to receive the ACH payment (direct deposit)

If you live near the location that the check was sent, you could get it the next day. But it could take a few days for you to get the check.
