Team members dislike to work with me?

Question

We are working in team in our company. There are these 3 guys who told our team leader they do not want to work with me saying I always show my anger with them. My team leader believer them. Instead he put me to a new team which the three guys also dislike to work with. My team leader never hear my side story and told me the problem lies with me cos nobody wants to work with me n without asking me what’s happening.

Have you taken a look at how others may be perceiving you? Have you gone to the boss and asked for a "sit-down" to talk about it? Sometimes others can offer helpful suggestions, instead of just complaining. This should be your goal.

Maybe you are gonna have to blend in or become the boss then you can fire those that dont agree with your methods of operation. Its simple. Otherwise maybe you should ask yourself."What am I doing wrong"? No offense sweetheart. Id question myself too if what you say is happening...
