TRS is a good brand for all the usual Indian spices and widely stocked in the UK. If you have an Asian grocer near you they will probably stock that brand. If you don't you can order via spicesofindia.co.uk. Be aware that they use Parcelforce for their deliveries which require a signature.
I couldn't tell you what the best brand in the world is as there's no way that I can try them all, but what I've bought from TRS I've been very happy with. If you want to pay more for a pretty jar with a posh-looking label I can recommend Steenbergs spices.
