I make my own.

Onion powder 

Garlic powder 

Cumin

Red pepper

Cocoa powder 

I salt the meat while cooking.

Yes, the cinnamon and cocoa are part of the mix.  Just add a bit.  

I make my own by mixing chili powder. cumin. coriander, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. I mix it up and keep it in a spice jar. I then add salt to taste when I go to use it.
