Easy recipe for cookies?

Easiest I know of Three Ingredient peanut butter cookies

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

Optionally a 1/2tsp of vanilla extract.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake! These cookies are best when they are still soft and just barely brown on the bottoms.

Eggnog is like egg & milk mainly, so using it instead of your milk & egg ingredients could work in your cookies, you may need to check the sugar ingredients in the mix, as eggnog is quite sweet. Also a little grated nutmeg added to the mix should give a authentic taste.
