How does BMR and Calories actually work?
I’m not sure if these are accurate but i used multiple BMR calculators and my BMR is supposedly 1698 calories. So if I eat 2019 calories but go for a run and burn 723, the difference of 2019 - 723 is 1296. If my BMR is 1698, then the difference of 1296 - 1698 = -402. so my BMR burns the 1296 normally, then what does number -402 represent? Or did i misunderstand how this works, and am I doing this math process wrong?
