Knee Scooter Question?

Very weird probably easy question that I have. My mother has a fracture on her foot and her doctor placed an order for her to get a knee scooter since she can’t support herself using crutches. My question is where do I get the knee scooter and how do I use the order to get it covered by her insurance? Do I need to go to her pharmacy and ask?
This is probably a really dumb question to ask but we’ve never dealt with this before and I didn’t think to ask the staff before we left

I would call her insurance company and ask to speak to someone who deals with mobility equipment coverage.
They should give you a few medical supply companies that they work with.
They may just cover a rental since her need is temporary.
