Do you want to cook it through to eat or do you want to just kill it? Big difference you know.

You're a little late for this challenge.

    That's a cool picture though.

I realise you're trolling, but seeing we're on the subject of microwaving poultry, I learned a while ago that the best way to make sure chicken legs are properly cooked when you're having a barbecue is to microwave them for a minute or two first.

That means the inside, next to the bone, is already cooked before you stick them on the grill. No more blue insides ...

What do you plan to do with the fat have it run out of the microwave all over the place?  The drippings are what you make the gravy from and if you don't have a plan for capturing them you will have a big mess. The whole scheme sounds like a waste of a lot of turkey. How long to cook it would depend on the microwave a regular oven will take about 30 minutes a pound with the right setting on the microwave it should take about the same but if that turkey has one of those pop up monitors on it you can tell that it is done when the thermostat pops up. Otherwise you can wiggle the legs and if they wiggle real easy and the turkey is good and brown then it is done. So you will need a large tray to catch the fat and hopefully there will be some dark gunk to make a gravy.

You'd need a giant microwave for that!!

That would depend entirely on the strength of the microwave.

I don't think it can be done to a whole bird because the heat tends to be uneven depending on the transmission qualities of the food. Even if you could fit it into a microwave, which I don't think you can, you will never get it cooked the same. Also, microwaved meat boils the water inside of it, which creates steam. You don't steam a turkey unless you want some flavourless fibre and a lot of odiferous vapour. I really suggest rethinking your situation if you do not have a proper oven. You'd be far better off getting some rotisserie chickens from the supermarket and cutting them up than serving 25 pounds of pallid blubber.

That depends on whether or not you want to be able to eat it.
