Vegetables. Do some good salads. Other then that I can highly recommend you to do a simple body cleanse if you want to lose weight. Cut out sugars and start drinking at least 3 liters of water a day. Do some exercises.

You can eat until full at every meal and snack of every day, just like I do.
I am thin and actually lost weight during the pandemic. Gyms were closed so muscles atrophied.
I grew up fat and no amount of dieting nor exercise has anything to do with fat loss.
Also, you have NO CLUE what cornucopia of flavors you are missing out on due to your sugar addiction.

Vegetables. They are typically low in calories and high in water content. Make a big mixed greens salad to go along with your meals, and use no dressing or very little of a basic oil/vinegar dressing.

Another veg I like is spaghetti squash (1 cup is just 42 calories). You can use the link below to look up calorie content of other foods.

You could eat a lot of celery. But what you don't eat is more important. Cut out sugar, bread, potatoes will help.
