Hoaresman, good to hear from you, you make a good point. Ipso facto, death can result by speeding, so by default the non-caring, whatever comes with it, is carried. You and have both slipped down the levels, you to level 5, I to 3. That is a question in itself, is it down to to the yahoo takeover, or lock-down?

Murder means to kill someone unlawfully ,"and with premeditation".
Few people set out ,deliberately, to kill someone else by speeding in their cars.
