I have a film canister from 1985 with a good 20-30 shots on it, the brand is Kodacolour VR and the speed is 1000 ASA if that matters. Should I risk spending money to get it developed or play it safe and discard it?

I processed some black and white negatives and I was wondering if I could scan them. I haven't developed them yet but I was wondering if they would be okay to develop if I did. I just thought the light let off from the scanner may ruin them.

I'm doing a project in French and I need to choose a character or celebrity to be my "imaginary friend." I'm really stuck on ideas and I'd like a few new suggestions.

I'm looking into buying a DSLR. I was wondering if you have any recommendations on which brand/model would be the best to buy. I was thinking a Nikon D60 or some kind of Canon Rebel. I'm hoping to find a camera that has very clear shots and works well in indoor and natural lighting. If you wouldn't mind, please keep them within the price range of $700.

I've been looking around Craigslist, and I'm considering buying a used iPod touch, there is nothing physically wrong with it and I find that $180 is a reasonable price for it. I have an old iPod video, but I'd like a newer iPod. Buying a brand new one is out of the question, I'm short on money.

Basically, what I'm asking is: Should I spend my money on a first generation iPod touch, or is it too risky? Also, is it really worth the money?

I have recently received a Pentax SF10 SLR (35mm). It has an adjustable aperture piece. If I were to take a bokeh shot, what should I set the aperture to?

Also, how would I go about creating the best bokeh shot?

I tend to always sort my candy by colour (like Nerds, M&M's, Smarties), and I must eat all the same colour at once. All my friends say I'm weird for doing that, but I have no clue what to think. Is there anything wrong with me?
