I watched the first season of "Game of Thrones" on HBO and listened to the book on tape, but sometimes I miss little important details, and with Game of Thrones, there are a lot of those (and so many characters and plot lines to keep straight.) My question is this: How did Robert Barathian become King if the Targarian's sat on the throne for many generations? What was his claim to the throne? And if Jaime Lanaster killed Aegon Targarian,(the last king,) and comes from a powerful family, why didn't he try to take the throne for himself or his father?

My fiance has been keeping in touch with his X-wife for the past 2 1/2 yrs due to necessity (sale of a house that finally went through yesterday.) Whenever they had to meet to sign paperwork, they would go out to dinner or he would have her over for dinner. I brought it up that this bothered me but he justified it by saying he needs to keep things peaceable between them so that she doesn't screw him over- because she still had a hold on the house they owned together and could technically be demanding much more for it that she did get. I accepted this. Now the sale is final, but he is still in touch with her. He left his email open (I wasn't snooping!) and I saw they had been emailing back and forth (harmless stuff, chitchatting about things going on in their lives etc...) but he is meeting her for dinner next week not to sign papers for something necessary, but to drop off a bunch of empty boxes to help when she moves from her current apartment. This is not necessary, and in the email that was open I saw they were meeting for dinner. When I asked where he was meeting her, he said a parking lot, but I know they are going out to dinner by the email plans they made, and it bothers me he's still having some kind of relationship with her. I know he's not cheating on me, but he seems to want to remain friends with her and help her because he cares about her. Should I put my foot down and demand he not continue any kind of relationship, as now they have no need to keep in touch?

Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice would be helpful!

I feel like I'll always be competing for most important woman in his life...and will always come up short. True, he's known her 35 years and me only 2, but he tells her things he doesn't tell me and talks to her for hours at a time then won't say more than a few things to me some nights. Is this normal?

It's almost $500 but it gets excellent reviews, so I know it's good. Is it a vacuum that's going to last me many years?

The most important feature I'm looking for is that it sucks up cat hair from rugs and furniture. Does anyone who has a pet own this vacuum and recommend it? Or is there another vacuum that does a better job of picking up pet hair?

I'm moving in with my fiance, and we NEED to refinance both his 1st and 2nd mortgages to get his X-wife off the deed/mtg. We are basically buying her out for nothing, but every lender we talk to can't refinance the 2nd mortgage or combine the loans because he doesn't have a lot of equity, and the X will definitely not agree to stay on the mortgage. What are our options for refinancing when we're at about 95% equity? Would an FHA loan cover up to that much? PLEASE HELP!!!

I am looking to get pregnant, but I had my pituitary removed when I was 13 due to a tumor. I take replacement hormone medication, and know my body does not naturally produce the hormones required to get pregnant, so I would need some sort of infertility treatment. I'm just wondering if there's anyone out there who's like me who's had a successful pregnancy. I just want to know if it's possible!

My boyfriend was recently divorced when we met, and we've become very serious, but he still keeps in touch with his X wife who he was married to for 5 years. they don't have kids but meet every once in a while to discuss the house they still own together, but they end up hanging out in a restaurant for 3-4 hours talking about all that's been going on in their lives. I really don't like this, but my boyfriend has said that one of the things he likes about me is that I'm not the jealous type. should i confront him and ask him to stop meeting with her like this? It really bothers me! I'm afraid the more time he spends with her that he might change his mind and realize he still loves her or something like that. He doesn't seem to think it's a big deal but I do. What should I do? please help!!!!

I downloaded a bunch of Sims and Objects from the Sims 3 website, but they're still not showing up in the game. Do I have to move them to a certain folder on my computer in order for them to show up in the game? I thought it would be automatic.???? thanks for your help!

Maybe I am just being stupid, but I can't figure it out. I create a family, play it, and then when I want to go start a new family, It shows up in a brand new Sunset Valley where the previous family I made doesn't exist. Not what I thought was gonna happen! I want to create a Sunset Valley where every household was created by me. Is there something really simple I'm missing?
