Recently, my F350 turbo diesel has started to emit a smell whenever I accelerate from a stop. It also occurs if if I get into the accelerator while at cruising speed.

This occurs despite how the a/c is set. The odor is a stinky, sweetish smell. It reminds me of the smell one's car would get whenever the heater core starting leaking antifreeze.

I have looked for but found no leaks.

If I enter a search term, say, new cars, it shows multiple websites. I cannot click on any of them it freezes the screen. I cannot close it. I have to ctrl,alt, delete and log out.

I use a broadband pc card for my connection.

Only program I have loaded recently was for a Sony camera. Yahoo was working okay afterwards.

I can still access my mail and FB with no problems.

McAfee scan show nothing.

What is up with this? Any ideas?

Whenever I am sent an e-mail attachment in .doc format, my computer cannot open it.

What is the default program I should be using?

My o/s is Vista business.

I employed a guy from there who told me that I should buy a home there now for later retirement. What do you think? Anothor fellow said Aguas Calientes was the place to go.

Grandmother loved the beach and grew up on them. All her life she was near the beach. Florida, Mexico,Texas.

The family is having a celebration of her life at an upscale steakhouse during non-public hours. I want to wear a tasteful but semi-tropical silk shirt with stonewash jeans to honor her love of the beach.

I like to shut down my computer when I am done. Upon starting up later, I often, but not always, lose my DSL connection. The LAN light goes out. Sometimes I can trick it into coming back by rebooting the modem supplied by DSL provider. Other times, rebooting my computer combined with rebooting modem works. Sometimes it won't and I have to keep fooling with it until finally LAN is established. Took an entire day yesterday to do this.

I have Windows Vista OS and McAfee security programs. I have the Windows Defender firewall off and am using the McAfee one.

Any ideas? I like to shut my computer down due to kinda dusty conditions while I remodel the kitchen.

I have a newer Dell with a 160gb SATA hard drive. Talking to a Dell tech about a problem, I told him I had defragged the hard drive. He said because I have a SATA hd, I should not defrag it. He stated it could harm it.

Is it still open? It was open a few years ago but on my last trip into Bellaire, it appeared to be closed down. Tell me it isn't so!

I remember when they had a small merry-go-round in there when I was 7 or 8 years old.

I rec'd. an e-mail stating that on May 15, 2007, internet users are going to try to boycott any gasoline purchases in hopes of lowering gas prices by reducing 24 hr demand.

This is a response to Exxon/Mobil's posting of a 9 billion dollar profit for the first three months of 2007.

Do not make any gasoline purchases on May 15, 2007.

Similiar boycott in April of 97 dropped prices 30 cents a gallon.

Exxon/Mobil on 4/26/07 posted an American record for 3 month profit......$9,000,000,000.00......9 billion dollars in three months!

Gas is $3.00 a gallon and hurting American soldiers who are fighting to protect the company's right to exsist in America.

It is also hurting American citizen's who foot the bill for the armed forces that protect our system of capitalism that allow such obscene profits.

AND..... NO WINDFALL TAXES THANKS TO POLITICIANS!

When I sold parts, most ford guys referred to to the Cleveland as a big block. I would win bets when I showed them that Ford Motorsports listed the 351c in the small block family. I also stumbled across a tech article that stated you put Cleveland heads on a Windsor (or vice versa) by plugging some water passages and drilling out others. Where did the big block myth come from?

Or what appears to be a beer belly?

I've seen alot of people quoting bizarre 411 they rec'd via email.

Both the Bushs and the Clintons are being bashed with false facts.

Could this just maybe be an attempt to divide the country, thus weaking it?

do you also have a gas bill, fuel bill. Maybe you have solar or wind power. What is the average light bill? If you only pay 70.00, I want to move to where you are.
