I have a mixed chihuahua, who we got from the OSPCA at the age of 6. She has no teeth, and we were told she came from a hoarders house originally.

We find that she never drinks water from any of the water dishes, nor when I try cupping it in my hands and offering it to her. I can only get her to drink when the water is mixed into her food, so I give her generous amounts with her meals.

I am a bit concerned because it does get very hot in the summer around here, and she has been panting. We gave her a freezie when she was panting to get her to stop, and that worked, but I feel like we need to get her to accept the water dish.

I do have 2 other dogs, one much older, one slightly younger, both male, different breeds.. and they drink fine. She copied a lot of their behaviours since moving it, but not their drinking habits.

I work for a doctor, and I've been instructed to find some information on these, but I cannot find any that really answer my question.

My doctor uses a Phillips Voice Recorder. The file types we get from these are .MP3.

We need to send some of our audio files to another business for their own transcription purposes, and they tell me that they use the Olympus Voice Recorder (they use the WS-500m I believe). They say that their voice recorder and programs are not compatible with what we have.

Now my question is: My doctor was thinking of buying the same one, but it is over $200. I've seen other Olympus Voice Recorders that go for much cheaper, as they are much more simple types (whereas the one he was looking at has an music player? Unnecessary for our needs). Do all the Olympus recorders create the same file types? If not, is there cheaper recorders that produce the same file type as the one this company uses?

Basically, I'm looking for the cheapest alternative to create the same file types and be compatible with their programs, as they refuse to try out our programs (which are free, might I add, so this is annoying me).

When I go to the settings on the actual 3DS main screen, it says it's connected. But I've tried with multiple people now, and it just won't connect anymore. I keep getting various different error codes, but it usually all says 'can't connect to wifi'.

It used to connect, and that's why this is so frustrating. What can I do?

So, I have a component TV, and I saw that you need to get your PS3 running on HDMI or something to get a European disc to play in my North American PS3.

I bought this cable that should do it, but it's not component. It has Red/Green/Blue tips, and the back of the TV has Red/Yellow/White ports.

Can I still plug this in somehow for it to work, or am I missing another piece (I saw HDMI boxes and such online but I'm not sure that's what I need)?

My dad has kind of a tiny red hole in his foot, and from it, there is kind of splotchy red lines going to the back of his ankle. We've made a doctors appointment, but that won't be until Monday, so I'm wondering if this seems bad enough to take him to the hospital right away instead.

I also put peroxide on it and put a bandage on top just to be safe for now.

When I was a kid (so pre 2000's), there was an anime song I enjoyed a lot. It was in Japanese, and it was about (I think) 3 adventurer sisters.

I don't know if it was from a show or not, but I'd appreciate if anyone could help me with this?

I've had my hard drive since about Christmas. I took it out of the box around February/March, but never actually tried using it until now.

I plugged it in, and it does not show up. No indication it has even been plugged in. I've checked My Computer for an icon, and even googled to make sure I did it right. Nothing.

Any ideas on how to make it work?

I cannot speak a word of Spanish, and I'm pretty sure my WinRAR turned Spanish. I mean, it looks Spanish to me.. and I can't understand any of it.

Can someone help me change it back to English? Or know of a way to redownload it in English?

Back in the 90's, during the later-night programming on the YTV channel in Canada, there was often these little short cartoons that would play during commercial breaks, between the full-length cartoons.

My question is where can I find these? I can't remember any names, and I can't find any lists. Anyone got anything?

We recently adopted a two-year old cat from the Humanes Society, and he was the sweetest thing when we met him.

We brought him home, and maybe 3 days later, he turned into a little bully. He chases around the smaller cats, mostly girls, and one boy, and stalks them out. They hide and hiss at him, but he just keeps going.

We've tried giving him light taps to say no, and spraying him with water, but he keeps persisting. We don't want to give him up, because he does have his good moments. How can I make him stop bullying?

My Beagle has been having a persistent itchy eye problem. It's usually only his left eye, but he occasionally scratches at the right.

His scratchy has become so bad, even his snout is getting scars and bloody from the friction. I don't think it's allergies, because he has no other symptoms, and we've tried to clean it out for him, but with no luck.

Any suggests? Possible home remedies to sooth it until we can get a real vet appointment?
