What do I need for childminding?

I want a tattoo but I'm very sensitive to pain and ideally i want to feel as little as possible. I want to use numbing cream, you put it on 30mins before tattoo.. so i was wondering do you have to tell the tattooist you have it on? a friend told her tattooist & he refused to tattoo on her? I am in Northern Ireland, if anyone can recommend any good numbing creams or tattooists (who don't mind me using numbing cream) :)

Every time I have a mouth ulcer as soon as it is nearly cleared up another one seems to appear. I have tried changing my diet & not eating on the side of the ulcer & being extra careful around it when brushing & also using ulcer gel as often as I can according to the packet. Any help much appreciated.

I really need advice, if anyone can help me. I have a friend who i have known for roughly 10years we've been best friends for the past 2-3years. She was seeing a boy 18months ago & the relationship didnt last. None of her family or friends like this guy. He's not good enough for her, very controlling, didnt let her have friends. Anyway, they'd spilt up and then they got back together around September 2010 and he deleted my number out of her mobile + told her she wasnt aloud 2 talk 2 me, so she ignored me til xmas when she out of the blue txt me sayin she'd spilt up with him and was sorry her head was a mess and she wanted 2 be friends. i forgave her and said i would always be here because she is my best friend. we were close again until the start of march, then she got back with him. i said to her that i will still be here for her but i cant say that im happy about them being together and now shes ignoring me again :( i dont want to lose her friendship but this is really draggin me down. i would never pick a man over a friend and im really upset about this. what should i do??? please help. really really need advice xx

He is a dwarf hamster & isn't aloud a normal cage as he could squeeze through the bars so the pet shop recommended a cage specially for dwarf hamsters, made of plastic and with small holes at the top half of the cage which are small so he can't fit through. My hamster has been standing on top of his house and biting the holes of the cage. At first I thought it was maybe normal, after a month I took the top of his house away so he couldn't stand on it, he then starting balancing on the edge of the house and the edge of the cage, and continued to chew at the cage. He has plenty of food, water and bedding. In his cage he also has an exercise wheel and 2 gnawing toys to sharpen his teeth. He has a little ball with bells on it but he doesn't seem to like it (he just pee's on it). He is eating his cage everyday, he is 1 year and 4 weeks old but he has been doing this since I got him, exactly a year ago. I am worried that this is a danger to him as the plastic is coming off, but he is eating some of it! Please someone help me or give me advice on what to do! x

Just wondering, what do you think of these names? Can you think of any others that you think are nice? I like double barrelled names. For a boy i like Curtis Miles & for a girl Destiny Rose also like Ebony Rose for a girl but have been told she might get bothered about it as it means Black Rose which symbolises death.
