However, she will not like the options. The only positions that I have that allows an employee not to follow the dress code is the Cleaning Lady, and the dock-workers. I don't think that she'll make a good "loading girl", so housekeeper it is.

How can I address this issue in a positive light to her, or should I just go by the book and fire her?

I have heard that some animals make great pets. There are rabbits and parrots that are pretty cool. There are also more unusual animals like a donkey and a deer that are supposedly also good as a pet. Now, I know that an elephant can get to be a little large, but I understand that they are smart, kind, and can understand English. Heck, I even saw on the TV that some can paint, like music and can work an iPhone. Would they make a great pet?

I like first person shooters, military, strategy and mystery games. Is there one that is so awesome that it has somehow passed the major websites and a small handful of elite play it? What kind of game is it, and why do you like it?

When I grew up, my father insisted on large formal meals were we all sat down to a dinner. We said grace, then ate. During dinner we talked about our day. Once dinner was through, we would eat ice cream and have coffee.

But today, it seems like all of my friends just grab a bite. There is no attention to the family. I once visited a cousin, and almost everyone was playing games on their cell phones between bites of food. Hardly no one talked.

Here in Zhuhai, there are Christmas trees in all the stores and offices. Everyone is saying "Merry Christmas" to each other, and Christmas carols and songs are on all the stations. My friends all are going to do something special for the holiday, like getting a massage, going to a hot spring, maybe do some singing at a KTV. Yet, last time when I was back in the States, most people were afraid to say "Merry Christmas". Instead they timidly said "Happy Holidays". Why is China so brazenly pro Christmas, and America so timid about it. Why has this changed from the time when I was a boy growing up in the NorthEast?
