  • Is there a chance I could be pregnant??

My husband and I have been trying since the start of 2017. My period has been regular. I get cramps for a day a few days before my period is expected. Period comes, lasts on average 4 days. I was supposed to start two days ago...no cramps, nothing before hand. I have noticed some nausea certain times of the day. Massive bloating and gas. No other symptoms that I'm aware of. I'm late by 3 days; should I be concerned? Took a pregnancy test on the first day I missed, came back negative.

  • Headaches after stopping the use of Birth Control?

About two weeks ago, I stopped taking birth control (ortho novum 1/35). I had been taking it for 10 years, and my OBGYN thought it would be a good idea to get off the pill as the hormone level between the normal pill and sugar pill was a very drastic drop. Plus, my husband and I want to start trying in March/April. Ever since stopping the BC, I've noticed I've had really bad headaches. They come and go and are mainly in my temples and across my forehead. I've also noticed my blood pressure seems to be a little as well. Is this normal?

  • Soon to be husband wants to get my initials tattooed on himself..not sure how I feel about that.?

My fiancé and I have been together for almost 5 years. We have been engaged for about a year, and are actually getting married next weekend. He has always made a comment that since he can't wear a ring to work, he would like to get my initials tattooed on his ring finger. Something very small. I appreciate the gesture, but it makes me feel weird that he wants to do that. Is this how I should be feeling about it?

Yes, I love him and I have no doubt I want to spend the rest of my life with him.

  • How many days to spend at Universal Studios and Island Adventure?

My fiancé and I are going to Orlando in October for our honeymoon. Neither of us has ever been to Universal Studies or Adventure Island. How many days would you recommend for both parks? 2 or 3? And would you suggest getting the "fast pass"? Any other tips are also welcome! Thanks!

  • My cat keeps pooping in front of the main door...what is going on?

Two months ago I went to Europe for two weeks and my fiancee stayed home. We've had our two cats for about 3 years. The first year we had the female, she would always poop in the tub. It finally stopped and started back up a few months ago, and then it stopped. While I was in Europe, my fiancee said she started pooping in front of the main door. When I returned, I thought it was just her way of acting out because I was gone. Well, it's been two months, and she is still doing it. I've already taken her to the vet, and she has a clean bill of health. Any ideas on why this might be?

  • Rehearsal dinner required for a wedding? Or can I do something else?

My fiance and I are currently planning our wedding for October of next year. We have selected our venue. The ceremony and the reception will take place there. We may have our rehearsal dinner there as well. Can I just have hors d'oeuvres and drinks served rather than an actual dinner?

  • All inclusive honeymoon locations in the US??

My fiance and I are in the process of planning our wedding for next year. We are currently trying to decide where we would want to go for our honeymoon.

Short story, I was really sick over the last year and a half, and for safety reasons, I would like to stay within the US. Anyone have any ideas of where to go?

  • Cash Bar vs. Open Bar?

My fiancé and I currently in the process of planning a wedding. We are looking at a venue, and we're very certain we are going to go with this one; just working out a few kinks. As we are working with a budget and want to stay within our means, would it be considered rude if we decided to have a cash bar? Anyone have any thoughts on this?

  • Should I be feeling this nervous?

My finance and I have been together just under 4 years. We started talking about marriage after a year and a half of dating. I love him to pieces and he makes me very happy. Now that we plan to get married in a year, the last couple weeks, that s all that has been on my mind. I m very excited, but I am also VERY nervous and a little scared. It is normal to be feeling like this?

  • Why do I keep thinking this about my boyfriend and our relationship?

My boyfriend and I have been together for close to 4 yrs. We basically moved in a few months after we met. He is the first person I've lived with and vis versa. I truly love him and he is the best. We have talked about marriage and having children. I am certainly ready for both. However, there is a small part of me that often wonders what it would be like to be with someone else. Is it normal to feel like this? Am I having doubts and don't realize it?

  • Who should I specifically see for anxiety/panic attacks? Counselor? Psychologist?

Hi all. Over the last 2 years, I have been experiencing, what I believe to be, are anxiety attacks. They come out of no where. They come in spats. They come a few times a month, and then go away and the cycle starts all over. I first began experiencing them 2 years ago when I had a really bad cold and needed to take an antibiotic. When I took it, I freaked myself out and thought I was dying. Ever since then, I ve been scared to take any kind of medication and that is also when the attacks started. I just wanted to know, who would I go see? A counselor? Physiologist? Not really sure of the difference. Please help.

  • How to handle my future'in;laws?

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 3 years. We've definitely have talked about getting married and such. Before I got together with my boyfriend, he was having some financial issues due to his mother. She messed with his finances for a good year or so after we got together. After finding out what she did to him, I'm not a fan of hers. His parents have been nothing but nice to me, but for some reason, I dont like them. We live about 3hrs away from them and when they come and visit, my boyfriend always gets them something (ie: shoes, movies). I dont know why he feels obligated to do so or why feels bad and does. This past weekend when they came, get got them both a pair of shoes. As I was sitting there looking at them wearing them..it really made my blood boil. My boyfriend knows how I feel regarding the finances and knows that I would turn her in, in a heartbeat. I've made comments about not really liking them, but have never directly told him. How should I handle my feelings toward them?...especially if we decide to tie the knot!

  • Is feeling like this normal or is there something I should do?

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 3 yrs. We've lived together for about 2 1/2 yrs. I truly do love him, but some days I wake up and I question my feelings for him. Is this normal? Like, sometimes I have the urge to just go out and have some fun. I don't feel like this all the time, but every couple months or so, I just want to go out and 'have some fun'. Like I said, I really do love him, but I have these moments. He's 27 and I'm 23. Any suggestions as to why I might be feeling like this...

  • Birth Control change?

I have been using the same birth control for almost 10 years (Notrel 1/35). It's always worked liked a charm for me with reducing cramps and making sure my periods are regular. Although I have noticed the last couple periods, things have been different. When I take my first two or three sugar pills, I can tell I am MUCH more emotional compared to several months ago when I was taking them. Could the pills be messing with my hormones since I've been on then so long? In addition, I have been more stressed the last couple periods as I was dealing with some health issues. I have my annual PAP scheduled in a couple weeks and will mention it, but was just curious to see if anyone else has experienced this before?

  • Is medication required to treat gastroparesis?

I recently had a Gastric Empty test done to determine how quickly foods digests. According to the results, it is not digesting as quickly as the norm. My GI informed me to stick with a low fat and low fiber diet and at up to 6 small meals a day. I began this about two weeks, and even from the first day, I noticed a difference. The bloating and stomach cramps went away. I have a follow up next week to discuss everything. She wants to place me on Reglan or Domperidone. As both have high risks of side effects, I would much rather not. Do I really need medication to treat my gastroparesis?
