I am trying to make a video for YouTube using Windows live movie maker. The problem is that I have only audio for my video. I was going to use some pictures of what I was going to talk about as the visual, however I can only seem to make them last 30 seconds. I have an 18 minute video, and it would be a pain to have to find all of those pictures, so how can i use only 5 or 6 pictures for an 18 minute video.

Whats a free software that acts as a camera for a computer screen and records what you do when it turns on.

I have to do some research on geology for a physical science. I have done most of it, but am unable to find two things. How does thermal energy transfer from the deep interior cause plates to move slowly, and how do gravitational forces affect the movement of plates.

I have to do an oral interpretation piece about a topic of my choice. I am thinking of doing "out of death comes life", I need at least two different works. I have a friend who told me that if you work on only your abs, you will become a terrible runner because your body weight is off center. Is this true, and if it is, what are some good back exercises I can do at home?

I am a right outside back for my highschool team, but I really wanna get better. I have a ball, two small goals, and stuff around the house. I also want to improve my left foot in terms of coordination and ability. What are some good drills to make me an all around better defender?

I am 14 and am around 6" and have been trying to lose weight, and have lost about twenty pounds in about 2 and 1/2 months. I weighed around 180 and am now around 160. My concern is if that was too fast. My friend seems to think about half of it was water weight. What would be a good pace to continue to lose weight.

I am getting ready for my first real theatre audition for an upcoming summer comedy. I have done theatre before, but this is my first open audition, any tips, suggestions, etc.

My best friend and I are not talking right now and I really don't understand why. It all started when last sunday my friend said he would ask his mom for a ride to a store for us. He said he would get back to me but he never did. Today I asked him what happened yesterday and he said that I complained too much and that he didn't want me to text him anymore. At first I didn't believe that it was really him I was texting, but I was soon convinced it was. I have tried talking to him about everything, but he hasn't gotten back to me. We have been very close friends since we were both about 4 years old, so I REALLY don't want to stop being friends. Do you have any suggestions on this whole situation??????
