Gay Pride?
We get loads of 'Gay Pride' marches and other events. Could some one please organise a 'Normal Pride' march for people who aren't queer?
9 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender4 years agoWhat do you do in heaven?
We are always told that when you die you go to heaven or hell. Ok, in hell you're being burnt and tortured etc. But what happens in heaven? Will we all sit around chatting, or spend our time telling god how great he is? Also won't it be a bit crowded?
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality4 years agoWhy no name for homosexual men?
I was arguing with a lesbian recently, who claimed she was now male. I told her this was impossible, you can't change sex, you may want to do so, and you can pretend you have done so, but it is impossible. Why not just accept she was a lesbian. It then occurred to me that while a homosexual female is a lesbian, there is no specific name for a homosexual man, gay, queer, poof can all apply to both sexes. What happened to sexual equality?
2 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender4 years agoIs tennis being spoilt?
Is it really necessary for women tennis players to scream every time they hit the ball? The game has been spoilt by some of them, I just can't watch any more. They only do it to be noticed, I don't believe it improves their game. The very high prize money is provided by the high ticket prices paid by the crowds, at least have some respect for them.

I intend wiring a stable/store, I am an electrician, so know what I am doing. I do not have part p qualifications, but the stable is exempt from this requirement. My question is will the electricity supplier require a wiring certificate to meter it.?

5 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks8 years ago'Anonymous' - just a bunch of crooks?
I see that the internet hacking group who call themselves 'Anonymous' have decided to publish the code for Symantecs (Norton) Pc Anywhere source code. This was because Symantec refused to pay them the demanded blackmail money. It seems that Anonymous are at the same level as any other blackmailer, self elected judge and jury. They don't do any good or help any one. What a thing to be proud of! Should they be treated as crooks, or does anyone really think they are heroes?

Does anyone know where I can download the Dimage 7 software? I have bought a second hand Minolta Dimage 7 camera, and I understand a special software programme is required to get the best from it, called 'DiMAGE Image Viewer Utility Software'. I can't find it anywhre.

3 AnswersSoftware10 years agoShould we accept that the gypos are right?
99% of law abiding citizens are against the 'travellers' (god I hate that word!! If they are travellers why don't they travel), but are we being silly? Just think, if we let them have their way and do as they do we could build what we want where we want, with no regard for building or planning regulations, drive as we want without worrying about car tax etc, treat animals as we want (have you ever been to Appleby horse fair? sickening, and the RSPCA stand by and look on), leave rubbish anywhere you want to, pay nothing into the state, but take out everything you can, and all this when you are not even British. Then of course, if anyone did upset you, rent-a-crowd would rush round to erect barricades and say how badly done to you were. It wouldn't matter that they just want to protest, the cause is unimportant. And don't get me started on the subject of immigration !!!
3 AnswersOther - Politics & Government10 years agoShould we give in to 'Travellers' (Why are they called travellers?
Just think, you could build what you want where you want, with no compliance with with building or planning regulations, live off the state without paying anything in, drive as you want, treat animals as you want (have you ever been to Appleby horse fair? - sickening.) , cause as much trouble as you want, and leave any rubbish anywhere you wanted. You would be able to do anything you wanted, safe in the knowledge that at the first sign of anyone trying to stop you 'rent a crowd' would rush to build the barricades, after all they are professional protesters, paid for by the likes of me, who just want to protest for the sake of it. Makes you wonder who the mugs are.
6 AnswersOther - Society & Culture10 years agoShould the media have given the real ira?
Should the media have given the real ira the publicity over the weekend, by showing their obscene meeting in a graveyard (very appropriate for these murderers). They have no political agenda, they just want to kill and maim, using nationality as an excuse. These people would be nothing otherwise, they really are evil, but probably go church and think themselves good Catholics
4 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoare car adverts any use?
Is any one else fed up with car adverts that tell you nothing about the car? The latest is the Renault one where a car is hung from the ceiling in an art gallery. I know they want you to think it's a work of art (it's another car, for heavens sake!!) but if you are buying a car, which is a big investment, surely it is more important to be told about the actual specification, performance etc. I know advertisers think we're all idiots, they must do or they wouldn't make adverts, but come on, give us some credit!
