i bought a new graphics card and im getting very low fps on games. its a 2gb graphics card so i dont get what the issue is. is this graphics card just bad for gaming or what?

I am kind of worried at my processor temperatre. I have a program called speccy and it shows the temperatures of different parts of the computer and right now the processor is at 64-65. sometimes the processor stays down to 50-60 celsius

I purchased a new xbox 360 controller its a wired one and The joysticks are a little wobbly especially the right one and I'm just wondering if this is normal because I've had this problem before with previous controllers.
