Can you tell if your transformer is a wye or delta by measuring the voltage at the panel? Or would you have to physically look at the transformer?

Before you check voltage in a 3 panel panel. Does the electrican or engineer need to understand Wye or Delta configurations? Or does it only apply to transformers?

I have a laptop with windows 10. Lately, it's been super slow. Especially on start up. It's horrible but it would eventually speed up to where it needs to be. That was a while back. I got tired of the computer getting slow so I reset my laptop to it's original settings. Now, it's even slower to the point to where I can hardly get on. This laptop is 4+ years old. Should I just upgrade?

I'm having a problem with my computer. It seems to drain battery super fast. I do not have a lot on it and I even went through my task manager. I saw my computer went from 90 percent to 19 in less than a hour and from 19 percent to dead. Any tips?
