  • Imus vs Issiah discrimination or a sacrifice on the altar of Political Correctness?

Issiah Washington an actor on the popular TV series; Grey's Anatomy, made offensive remakes regarding co-worked TR Knight calling him a -"f*gg*t"- he was beratted by the Gay Community,ABC-TV & the media. Issiah initially denied using the offensive term & then used it again on a TV Awards Show. He finally admitted using the word, met with Knight, the Gay Community, etc &apologize and then agree to go to REHAB at aprivate treatment center when he was facing termination from the TV show. He went, was cured of "whatever" and went back to work. Imus admitted is error, went to Rev Sharption and the Rugters team to apologize and agreed to a2 week suspension with out the deial and drama done by Issiah. And then Imus was fired by MSNBC, NBC & CBS. Imus agreed to do the right thing while Washington fhe entire process. Imus is gone while Issiah is here. Fair & balanced? What do you think? Thanks.

  • IMUS vs ISSIAH discrimination or being sacrificed on the altar of Political Correctness?

Issaish Washington an actor on the hit TV show; Grey's Anatomy was casitgated by GLAAD,the Gay Community, the media & ABC-TV for using the word "******" in referring to co-star TR Knight. Issiah initially denied using the offensive term and then used it again on a TV awards show. He finally admitted his "offense" met with and apologized to TR Knight, the Gay & Lesbian Community, etc. and agreeded to go to REHAB only when his termnation from the series loomed on the horizon. And to a residential treatment facility...for using an ofensive term. After a short time in REHAB Issiah was "cured" from what ever he infected with and returned to work. IMUS on the other hand did use ofensive terms, expressed his regret, never denied using them and met with Rev. Sharpton to discuss the issue and apologize. Imus went to Rutgers and apologized to the lady players and accepted the imposed the 2 week suspension. Then he was fired by MSNBC,NBC & CBS. Equal & fair or not? Your thoughts? THX

  • Brunette joke....?

A young brunette woman goes into her doctor and tells him, "Doc, my entire body hurts....every where." The doctor replies, "I have never heard of such a thing. I don't see any bruises, cuts, abrasions or bumps on your body. Why do you say your entire body hurts?' The young brunette replies, "Watch doctor" and then proceeds to touch her arm & scream, her foot & screams, her ear & screams. The doctor asks her, "Did you dye your hair and are you actually a natural blond?"

She replies "Yes, I am really a blond, how did you know?"

The doctor tells her, "I thought so...your finger is broken."

  • Merle & Mary were best friends in the local insane asylum?

and were spending sometime at the swimming pool. Suddenly Merele dove into the deep end and just sat there. Several minutes later Mary jumped in and pulled Merle out. An hour later the head doctor came into Mary's room and said "Mary, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that I heard about your effort to save Merle at the pool. Your clear thinking and personal sacrifice demostrates that you are now capable of making well reasoned and logical decisions. We are going to discharge you from this asylum....you are cured. The bad news is that we found Merle in the bathroom hanged." Mary replied.."Oh, that's were I put Merle to dry out...now when am I being released?"

  • Democrats introduced draft legislation into Congress?

in 2003 and 2004. They are bills HR163 (Wrangle D-MI) and S89 (Hollings D-SC); labeled Universial Selective Service Act and call for both men and women to be eligible for the draft. Now that the DEMs are in control of Congress, how many of you Democrats will support your leaders in approving the draft? Don't believe it? Look the bills up and then proclaim your support for your new leaders.

  • Why do women keep going with married men ALWAYS buying their BS "yes, I'm getting a divorce" after 5 years?

And they always buy into the..."wait until the children are grown" and the ever effective.."we have to wait for me to trade and sell all the assets". Because it's always about the money.

I am not defending these sobs wife cheaters. But honestly why do women, even smart women trade sex for...NOTHING? Oh sure this might be true 1 out of 100 times, but the other 99? Someone please provide me with a reasonable explanation. And try to keep the boo-hoo, he was a polite, well mannered man and treated me like a lady speechs to a minimum, please. That's the style he keeps using to get in bed with you.

And if you enjoy screwing this guy and doing the same to his wife and kids, that's fine. It just makes you as sick as him and he owns your sorry a$$; BE-a-tuch.

  • Why are Americans so FAT? It is the 2nd largest killer of Americans behind cigarettes. Best way to fix this?

Medical studies indicate (most reach pretty much the same conclusion as to the percentage of US citizens being fat or obese), the range of overweight Americans run from 62%-65% and of these 26%-30.5% are obese and 4.7% are morbidly obese.

Overweight is defined as being 20% greater in weight than to height (25% for women), obese as 30lbs or greater and morbidly obese as being 100lbs or more than the height to weight ratio. About 4.7% of Americans fall into this group. Remember the 62%-65% figure includes all of these weight groups; not an aggregate of all 3.

In terms of BMI the National Institute of Health defines overweight as 25-29.9, obese as 30-39.9 and severely (morbidly) obese as 40 or greater.

American Obesity Assoc says 127M of us over age 20 are fat, 60M are obese and 9M morbidly.

World wide, 750M are overweight & 300M obese; including 22 million kides UNDER the age of 5 years.

Worldwide the AIDS/HIV epidemic is 42M. Verses 1 billion?

    Me? 6 foot & 174lbs

  • The Army states there are 129,000 US soldiers in Iraq. Do you think this is correct?

For security reasons the exact number of service members is classified. I spent 18 months working in Iraq for the company charged with delivering all of the food for the troops (army, navy, air force & marines) and civilians. Part of my responsibilities was computing the food requirement for the men and women on the fround. I would be interested in your estimation of the actual number of US service members we supported on the ground in Iraq. By the way, I/we had a fairly accurate count of civilian works we feed since they were billed to a separate account. And no, I can't disclose the the number of troops we feed while I was there.

  • Why are Muslims required to kill all infidels (non believers) and dictates it be done by beheading?

Why do Muslims side step this question or claim it isn't true when it is stated in their Qur'an? I am not an Islamic scholar but look these up for yourself.

Quranic verses that dictate violence against Kaffirs (non beleivers). Some may claim these are taken out of context...I say they are taken from their Holy Book.

    5:33 execution

    8:12 instill terror

    47:4 strike off their heads

9:123 murder those of the dis-belivers

9: 29 and fight People of the Book (Christians and Jews)
