If a man/women cheats on their spouse/girlfriend/boyfriend, why would they cheat with someone less attracted than what they have at home?

I found out yesterday that my boyfriend has been cheating on me for the past several months now. his meeting different people on dating websites, craigslist and god knows what else. i discovered the emails and pics yesterday on his computer. when he found out i snooped because for a while now I've been feeling that something's not right and sure enough i was right. anyways, he got mad and yelled at me for snooping and offered no apologies and explantanions, i dont think i could've handled the truth anyways and besides he would lie and deny even with proofs. im so heart broken for our son. we've been seeing a therapist because we're having problems but now we have more issues :the cheating. i was trying so hard to work things out between us for us and for our son. i dont know if i can handle this.

Does anyone know the penalties for parent(s) who doesn't properly put their child in car seats. I tried to look it up but I can't find where it states what the penalties are. I have a 4 year old son. HIs dad doesn't use a car seat and sits him in the front seat of the car. I have pleaded with him to please put him in the car seat in the back instead of the front seat. I even told him that he is risking our son's life by not properly securing him in the car seat where he belongs. If and when I do, he just agrees with me but does nothing about it. I am at my wits end and scared to death that one day (god forbid) his stupidity and lack of respect for the law will cause lives. I was even thinking of talking to his next door neighbor who is a cop to have a chat with him about not putting our son in a car seat. I know I'm wrong about this but I'd rather be wrong than lose my son because his father won't take a minute to properly secure him in the car.

I have a friend whose mom is 80 years old. She’s the only child (my friend). Her mom has dementia and has pretty much given up on life since her father died 20 years ago. Her only income is social security and her house is paid for. Other than those two, she doesn’t have additional money coming in. Her mom may not have a many years to live and may even end up at the nursing home within the next few months.

Please, I need to know what options her mom has as far as free heath care even home care. She has health insurance, but that’s racking up fast. She had to be rushed to the emergency room last week and she’s been there for 9 days now. My friend has to pay all the co-pays and other fees that the insurance doesn’t cover.

Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated.

my ex and i have a son together and we share custody on a weekly basis. i have our this weekend coming up and my ex has asked me if he could have our son on sunday for his grandparents anniverssary. i said no because i enjoy my time with my son and i already made plans for us for sunday. my ex's mom called me and left me a voice message asking me to let our son go to the party. i didnt call her back and i wasnt planning on it. keep in mind, my ex's family never liked me and never gave me a chance because im asian (their italian) and im poor. their wealthy and they look down on me for my misfortune. my ex is only nice to me when he needs or want something and needs my help for anything. i dont feel that i should have to buckle down because after this sunday they'll go back to their own mean ways.

I guess some men just never grow up do they?

Is it fair to misconstrue one's self-confidence for arrogance? if so, is that theory based on other's lack of self-confidence, ignorance or both?

Can anyone please refer me to a child custody lawyer. I dont really have any money so, i need all the help i can get. I live in Pa, my boyfriend and I currently live together w/ our 2 year old. After 3 years of verbal abuse, lies and cheating, I feel that it is not fair for our 2 year old to see and live in this kind of invironment.

if your boyfriend/husband tells you that the whole day belongs to you (mother's day) and it was your choice to do anything your heart desire. then, he tells you "oh by the way, we're going to go see my mother... the very last minute. you say it was not part of the plan and you really didnt want to see his mother because you'd rather spend it w/ just your b/f or hubby and the kids. he then calls you selfish and tells you that you should have assumed that.

what do you say or do? is it selfish of you to not want to spend your mother's day w/ noone else but your b/f or hubby and the boys or do you have the right to be selfish because he did tell you that you can do whatever you want.

that happened to me today! i got called selfish and that i should have been a mind reader. i told him that i dont care if he wants to go see his mother but i wanted to spend all day w/ my 2 boys.
