My question is: How big of a dirk/dagger/knife can you carry in California, specifically Orange County?

I've been reading California Penal Codes all night and could not get a straight answer I need.

I got the info about folders, and I know I could carry a dirk/dagger/ and knife as long as it is visible completely on the belt and it is sheathed.

If there is no length limit, would that mean even a sword is counted as a dirk/dagger/knife?

I'm going clubbing tomorrow for the first time. i just turned 18 and I have no Idea what to wear.

I live in Orange county:Anaheim/Fullerton area.I purchased a pair of throwing knives. 5.5in blade length locally. I know I can carry any fix blade unconcealed. If i'm wrong correct me.

The question is where can i carry them? For sure not :schools, Police stations, or post offices.

so i've got new collared shirts and a couple polo shirts. I've got dickies, cargo pants, and a pair of jeans that i wear daily.

I'm in my room checking if they fit. I tried the shirts tucked and untucked. Personally I think the the collared shirts and polos look good tucked.

I know I like how it looks tucked, but when what kind of shirt should i tuck and when should I tuck my shirt without looking dorky

so my friend is turning 18. She is Filipino and in the Philippine Culture, girls have an all out 18th birthday, like a Mexican Quincenera. She has a debut/ Cotillion

In this cotillion, there are 17 of her greatest friends.(which makes 18 for 18 years and such) Our problem is that we don't know what to get her for her birthday. Since it is 17 people pooling together at about $10-20 per person, we need a legit gift.

Okay, after I graduate from high school (which is now 3 months in counting) I'm thinking of renting an apartment with 3 other people for college. I will have my own room and am having it Japanese theme.

I found a katana that I want to buy from a store cross state and have it delivered. The thing is, I'm not sure if I'm old enough to buy it. I'm 18 by the way.I could always get my parents to do it, but its going to be more of a hassle having it delivered to their house and i reimburse them.

3) my shirts normally go below the belt line. You can see my chains and all, but not the belt, do i just let the belt be covered? Am i supposed to sag with the studded belt so it be seen.

Long story short: winter ball is coming up at my school. I chose 5 girls to ask. The top pick was a transfer student at the beginning of the semester. In the United States, it is pretty much illegal to carry an unconcealed firearm in public places, unless you are law enforcement. But you are allowed to have a concealed firearm for self protection.

My question is if that rule pertains to kevlar/ bullet proof armor in public as well? Do you have to conceal it under your clothing if you want to wear it?

I hunt occasionally with my father. I have kevlar armor just in case some accident happens and i get shot. Also, it gets kind of scary walking the streets of LA. I don't feel safe without my vest and firearm.

ps. i don't anticipate being shot at very often. Just precautionary actions.
