When I hear about animals who are tortured I want to throw up. There's a show running on HBO right now about PETA and the things they see as they try to rescue lab animals, etc. and when I see that the show is on I have to turn the channel. I even have a real hard time going to a shelter that euthanizes the animals that aren't adopted because when I look into their precious eyes and I know the chances are they will be killed evenually. I really wish I wasn't so weak. Please tell me what you think.

This is not a question. I want to honor my beautiful 10 year old Calico, Sabrina, by telling you on this website that she died tonight. Just a while ago. She was very healthy so it was not illness that killed her. It was a car. She has NEVER gone out in the street but tonight something possessed her to do so and a car got her. She was the sweetest cat I ever had, a real lap cat to be sure. So please say a little prayer for her if you would so she makes it to kitty heaven and maybe I'll see her again some day.

I thought I was good at the housebreaking thing until I met Ginger, a 6 month old Yorkshire Terrier. She's a smart little toot with a hard head for potty training. I've tried crate training and the taking her out every hour or two. I've scolded her when she's had an accident and positive reenforcement when she goes outside. Huhhh. It's not working.

Are there any suggestions??!!

I've had laptops for a year or two and have always used mice, some wireless and some wired. This is my problem. I always have to buy a new one (every month or two) because the one I am using just stops working. I'm careful with the mouse and the receiver if it's wireless but the damn things quit! What are your experiences with laptop mice??

Who saw it and did you like it? What do you think of the ending? Don't give it away....just talk to me generally, no specifics!!

I have one friend in my Yahoo 360 page! How do I get more friends?? I see a lot of you with 25 or 30 friends. I feel so inadequate. Does anyone want to be my friend? :)

I know having Memorial Day off is great. Who doesn't love a 3 day weekend?! But PLEASE try and remember what this day was made up for.

Our men and women out there, present and past, are making or have made tremendous sacrifices on behalf of the United States. We live in a free country because of them. Whether we agree with the causes or not, they fight for me and for you. They die for me and for you. Because in case you have forgotten, freedom isn't free.

So have a happy Memorial Day, and say a prayer for the families who have lost loved ones....for me and for you. For us. Lest we NEVER forget!

Simple but weird question! Do you ever get creeped out when you're getting undressed or dressed in front of you dog(s). It's like their looking at you in THAT way. It's like their checking you out! I told you it was a weird question! Does anyone get that same feeling?!

How many of you know that when you buy a cute fluffy little puppy from a pet store (especially a large chain pet store) you're probably supporting a puppy mill? Do you know what a puppy mill is? It is a so called breeder that breeds for profit by having their dames (mom dogs) get pregnant too close together again and again. And then they keep the poor pups and the moms (and dads for that matter) in filthy wire cages, laying in their own poop and urine without the care of vet's and with little or no exercise or affection. Really sad huh?!

So please when you want to adopt a ball of little fluff go to a shelter first! They do have purebreds too, but a mixed breed is really an excellent pet. And new pups (and adult dogs as well) arrive everyday. So if you can't find just the right 'baby' for you, go back tommorrow or the next day. Maybe the right 'baby' will be waiting there, looking for just you.
