I am recently separated from my kids step father. My son, who is going to be 18 in March works. Last night, he was due to work until midnight. I had company at my house, and I think he may have come home early. My company and I were in my bedroom, and my son would have probably heard that my company and I were having sex.

What should I say to my son when he wakes up? I am feeling a bit embarrassed by this, and not sure how to face my son. I've been careful not to allow my son to see this man in my house, much less come home early and my company and I are locked away in the bedroom.

My husband and I have a house in Wisconsin. His name is on the loan, my name is not. The home was purchased while we were married. We are now separated, and he has moved into an apartment, and I am in the home. I am making the mortgage payment. I can't refinance the house due to financial reasons. In Wisconsin, how does this work? I would like to stay in the house. He hasn't said he wants me to move, but if he gets nasty, I would like to know what my rights/options are.

How does this work?

I have a loan on a car that I never drive. Someone wants to purchase the car, but they want to make payments to me (with a notarized agreement, of course) ... And then I will make the loan payment. They will carry full coverage insurance.

Can this be done? Is it legal?

My standard is 5 and 1/2 months old ... is it time to clip his coat?

we live in Indiana. We moved here 6 years ago. My daughters dad (whom I was never married to) lives in Kentucky. We orginally lived in Kentucky.

I have been married since 7/2005. My husband has been at his job for 9 years, and recently took a promotion that relocated him to Minnesota. He moved December 2011. We plan to relocate (with permission, of course) to join my husband ... in May 2012 at the end of the school year. My daughter is 13. Can she decide (legally) at her age if she wants to go with me?

My daughter was born in KY. Her dad and I were never married. We have joint custody, but nothing says anything about relocating to another state.

My daughter lives with me. We moved to Indiana (about an hour from her dad). We have lived here 6 years. I notified him December 13 that we are planning to move to Minnesota, as my husband has been relocated with his job that he has been at for 9 years.

Her dad wants to stop the move.

Does KY have jurisdiction over this case?

I remarried and moved over the border of Kentucky into Indiana 6 years ago. We never signed an agreement, he just didn't stop us or try to stop us.

My husband has now been relocated to St Paul Minnesota with the job he has been at for 9 years. He left December 31st. We plan to relocate with him in May after the school year. I informed him of this December 13th.

He is now filing in Kentucky that I can't move out the state of Kentucky (we already have lived outside of the state of Kentucky since May of 2006). Does Kentucky still have jurisdiction over this or does Indiana?

We currently have a cock-a-poo, and she is almost 5 months old. I have recently run across an almost 5 month old cockapoo that my husband and I can't get out of our heads.

We would like to adopt him as well. I am wondering how these precious dogs do in pairs? A male and a female (no, we aren't breeding)... or 2 females? If we choose to get adopt this one, BOTH OF THEM WILL BE FIXED so no breedings occur.

I would love it if you all could tell me the Pro's and Con's to owning an English Mastiff. I love this breed, and I already know they are big, but would like to know of the upsides and downsides. I have a large yard, though this dog would live inside, and our home is moderately large as well. I currently own an 8 month old Great Dane, and yes, he is neutered and trained well. He, also, is an indoor dog.

and when I sit down. It is relieved momentarily if I press on the spot where it hurts. When I wake up in the mornings, it doesn't hurt, but starts after an hour or 2 after waking.

My husband and I have a 4 month old AKC English Bulldog. We purchased her for $2000 from a breeder. The vet has done a health check (2 times), and hasn't said anything about her being underweight. Is this weight a little under? I am thinking she should weigh at least 24 pounds. She isn't a miniature (that we were told). She eats on a schedule (3 times a day) about 1 and 3/4 cup at each feeding.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is it bad to turn your engine in your car on or off with the air conditioning, heat and/or radio powered on? I have always turned the fan off and the power to the radio and other things off before shutting off my car. My husband thinks I am crazy, but I have heard that leaving these things on is bad on the alternator.

Anyone know?

we have recently had a dog make it's way on our property. He is a golden retriever, active, eats great and is playful. After only one day at our home (outside), we have decided to keep him. Problem is ~ he had a collar on, and it has begun to embed in his neck. I removed the collar, cleaned it with peroxide, and put some neosporin on the sore. Will it be OK? I also gave him some antibiotics and will continue to do so. I am an animal lover, and will do what it takes to make him better. He is SO friendly. He likes to play fetch, and so good with the kids when they go outside to play with him. I think that he will be OK as long as I keep nursing his wound. He didn't have any tags that would indicate who the previous owner is. Will it be OK with proper care?
