If a parent has had no visitation, no contact, (absolutely no relationship, information, or records on said child). The child is 18, the mother is a Professional, and the father is unemployed and on disability. How long does the disabled parent continue to pay?

An educator violates district/state ethics codes, is accused of misconduct with students who are special needs, and is allowed to return to the workplace even though more than 5 people have reported incidents. Said person is related to superintendant. Also is not certified to be in this particular classroom setting. and Confidentiality laws are being broken. Don't know who or where to turn, help please!!!

Special Ed. teacher acccused of mental/physical mistreatment of students. I have researched the district ethics policies and according to them the teacher should be dismissed, however this teacher is related to several people in district administration. Is it unlawful for the district to retain this teacher solely on relation? Where can I find more info on these types of laws?

When we throw a birthday party for one of my children, we send out invitations to specific friends (of my children), but on party day, not only does the invited child/children show up, but their entire family,(sometimes even extended family), I don't want to be rude, but we don't plan for 60-70 people, we plan for only the children invited, it's getting too expensive. I am Educated, white, female, married, mother, who moved to S. Texas, I cannot find a job because I don't speak Spanish. Spanish wasn't a prerequisite. Why should I be forced to learn another language to work in my own country?

South Texas Schools are terrible, passing children up grade levels, when they cant and dont pass the TAKS tests, reading the reading tests to the students who cant read, how is this teaching them? We have 5th graders who can't read on a kinder level. What are we doing to our children?
