Hi, I am just curious as to what some opionions from other users are regarding breeding female labs.

I have a female lab that is just about ready if not all ready started her first heat!

One Vet in town says it's okay to go ahead and breed the first heat.

The other Vet in my town says to wait till at least the second heat if not the third??

I have spent a lot of time looking this up on the internet tonight and I find info that says both or okay. What do you Yahoo users think?? Opinions please! :)

My female black labrador was born on Feb. 28, 2007. She just recently started mounting our male dog. Does this mean she is coming into heat? Why would she be mounting our male dog?? He doesn't do much of anything. Doesn't always try to get away from her, but doesn't really want her doing it either. Thank You in advance to anyone that can help.

I have my EIN and I would like to build credit to that. How do I go about doing that and with what compaines without having to use my SSN. I want to keep biz business business and my personal personal.

My question: I have opened a small biz. I have all the legal paper work, licences, cerftificates etc. I recieved my EIN awhile back and it says to use it for bank accounts, credit cards etc until I get my permenant one. So does this mean I put down my EIN when I apply for credit cards are my own personal SSA. I read on the internet that that it's legal and that it's illegal to use your EIN? Can someone Adivse. I want to keep my personal persoanl and my my Biz business. So I would like to use my EIN but I don't want to get into any trouble either. Hello, I am interested in showing my labrador, and any information anyone can give me regarding AKC showing would be wonder! Information on what events are like, the classes, the point system, etc. I have read the rule book, but honestly some of it doesn't make any sence.

Also I went to a Kennel site that is going to be holding a competition and I look at last years enteries. This is what it said after Pugs, I think, (that doesn't matter) anyway, I would like to know what each of the numbers stands for between the dashes.

I know the nine means 9 competed..what about the rest?

I am interested in training and showing my labrador. I am also going to be breeding her. I was hoping that someone out there can give me some information and hits about showing. She is three months old. I realize that they must be six months to show. Any advice is wonderful. Also I was looking at previous lists from current compeitions that are coming up in my area. Can anyone tell me what the numbers between the dashes stand for?

Hello, I would like to train my black lab for field and show. I have ordered several books regarding this issure, most of which are on back order. I have been working with her on fetching which she is EXCELLENT at. Can anyone give me some ideas on what I should be doing with her, until my books get her. I will be using this dog to breed! Hello, I would like to train my Labrador to show....Does anyone know of any wonderful websites or books on training a lab to show. I know some people who show labs have trainers that work with the dog. Is this neccary or do some people train and show their own dogs. Any information on showing labs would be great. Thanks. Cheryl

I am looking to purchase a chocolate lab puppy. I am interesting in buying one that is female, with excellent pedigree and with nice block looking head. I would like to find this puppy in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota or northern part of IL. If you know of any puppie available please let me know.

I would maybe also be intersted in a good pedigree yellow lab, but am leaning more toward chocolate at this time.

HI am having troubles using the internet. It says I am connected to the Wireless internet.

Why is my interent not working. What do I need to do? Please advise. I am getting frustrated. It says I am connected so I am so confused on why I am not able to use the web.
