I have a son with my ex boyfriend. I want to move out of the state of FL for better job opportunities. Could my sons father stop me from moving? Keep in mind that he doesnt help at all with my son. He hasnt paid CS for the past 3 years. He hasnt held a job and isnt really a ideal father figure for my son..he was put on probation for pill doctor shopping. I left him because he was sell Oxy for money. So would the judge look at all his past and would it make it easier for me to move?

Im with Veriozn right now and have until April 2011 til my contracts up. The plan im on now requires a data plan and the bill is to much for me anymore. I have this old Blackberry that I got through Tmobile..Is there anyway to switch and activate this old phone but still go through Verizon? I dont want to pay any money to break the contract. After 2011 im done with Verizon!

The first date of my last period was on August 11th. I took 2 tests and both came back negative. I think I may be pregnant but the tests arent picking up the hormones in my urine. Im usually very regular. I know the best time to test is in the morning. Is there a chance I could be 6 weeks along and the tests just arent picking anything up?

If I would put away $20 every 2 weeks for 2 years how much would I have at the end of those 2 years?

The other week I got stopped for running a stop sign..which he said I didnt even break for and I did cause I had to see if there was any oncoming traffic..anyways..He wrote down the wrong street that I was on..If I have a witness who can say I was clearly not on that street do you think there is a chance the ticket will be thrown out?

I started working in Dec of 09 will I still get W2's from them?

Last year I was unemployed but still got a check from the government. I also still paid for my child to go to daycare..even though I didnt earn and earned income will I still get something back for child care expense?

If flying in from out of state would you need a car rental in Las Vegas? I wouldnt think you would need one if your staying on the strip..I would think you would only need one from the airport to the hotel..Any advice?

I have acne...It comes and gos but its still a bothersome. Iv read all sorts of things and ways to get rid of it and have tried EVERYTHING..Iv tried Clinique,Proactive,Murad etc. Iv been wanting to try Patricia Wexler but havent really heard anything about it. My ex is dating a woman who has 3 small children..well yesterday he informed me they all have lice. Now I might not know much about lice but I know it doesnt take one day to kill them..Anyways He took my son today and Im so afraid of my son getting it..I know he might happen to get it sooner or later but now that I know my ex's "kids" had it I want to prevent it..So how soon after being exposed to someone with lice could it show up? And also if the kids have it is it 100% my child is going to get it?

Iv heard that you can use baby shampoo which is great cause I have one and dont have the money to go out and buy brush shampoo but what about the kind of shampoo that has the calming things in it? Like the lavender shampoo that helps clam the baby down? Is that safe to us or should I just use regular baby shampoo?

I recently read a blog and it was talking about this blended family and how you should introduce your girlfriend/boyfriend to your childs father/mother. What do you think? Do you think it should be done or would it in some cases just cause problems? I have met the girl my sons father is dating..I would have rather not but he just kinda did it..I dont think whoever I date or marry I will introduce unless it HAS to happen

So about 3 years ago I had bedding for my son from Lambs and Ivy...but for the life of me I cant remember what it was called. It was animals, pastel colors. Can anyone help me out? They discontinued it and I wanted to show my friend whos pregnant but dont have any of the stuff anymore.

Im wanting to take some classes for medical billing or coding. The only way I could do it is through online though. I dont want to take a class from a crappy or scam school. Does anyone recommend a school thats good to take these classes in? And also will they tell you right on their website how much a class will run? Im a single mother and I dont have alot of cash but would love to go back to school for something.

OK so I have a question for all the guys..or woman whoever. I just got out of a year an a half relationship who just didnt want to commit to me..Im a single mother and he wasnt ready. Anyways I would love to start dating but Im not sure if I want anything serious..but if someone comes into my life and it becomes serious im not complaining. Anyways..Do men think its odd if a girl wants to get out there and date again after after only a couple of days or getting out of another relationship? Im not looking for any one night stands or anything im ready for someone who wants a family lifestyle with me and Im willing to wait for that someone.

Im 23 and I think I look so young. I know most people try and look as young as they can but I want a more sophisticated look to me. Can anyone help me out?

I was just wondering about something..My childs father hasnt paid child support in alomost 3 years..Iv tried contacting him about it and my parents have told him he needs to pay but he fails to. Iv tried getting lawyers involved but he moves all the time and never has a working number when we tried to contact him. I was wondering if I would take him back to court would the courts lower the amount that needs to be paid? or would they still even though its been 3 years make him pay the full amount? Im lost and dont really know what to do and I have tried everything I can and dont want the amount that he owes my son to be lowered because he refuses to pay and doesnt think he needs to pay. Help please.
