  • Can someone confirm if my email icon is displayed on my profile page? It's not visible if I check... is it only visible to others ?

I'd like other people to be able to contact me via email.

In my profile preferences I have placed a check-mark in : Answers Community Can contact me via email.

However, when I check on my profile page I cannot see an email icon/link.

When I look at other people's profile page, I see some that have an email icon and others that don't.

Presumably, some allow email while others don't, but why is my icon invisible?

Is it perhaps a built in website 'feature' that one cannot see his/her OWN email icon, presumably that we should not try to send ourselves an email, and the only way to see it is by being logged in from another user's account, or have I missed something?

  • Poll: While at the computer, has anyone forgotten about their coffee/tea until stone cold -- more than ONCE?

Have you ever left a hot cup of coffee or tea sitting for a little while and just gone on with other things, and then well over an hour later you realize that your cuppa is now stone cold?

Has this sort of thing happened to you more than once?

  • Why would I give a damn about CO emissions, IF...?

Why would I give a damn about CO emissions, IF...

... retarded politicians and so many stupid idiots want mandatory registration (meaning of course paying big$$$$) for riding a gawddamn bicycle.

Honestly, Australia is turning into Nazi land.

If it comes to that, I'll simply ride 'illegally' and if the bullies in blue (law) are going to cause me trouble, then I simply won't give a rat's as$ about the environment anymore and simply do my bit polluting it with car exhaust fumes, instead of environmentally friendly alternatives such as riding a bike.

The ball is in the court of those greedy, money hungry, dictator politicians and the idiots that egg them on! Basic civil liberties is dead in Australia, and without it people get depressed.

Depression has become one of our biggest killers.

Corrupt thinking politicians only care about money and power that they use to cause pain and suffering.

  • How is [Aussie politicians giving themselves a huge pay rise] associated with them representing Australian civ?

How is [Aussie politicians giving themselves a huge pay rise] associated with them representing Australian citizens?

People are struggling and now have to pay them a massive increase on top of their already disgustingly high salary. Some get well over $100 000 increase!!!!

    How can this be justified?

These people go on and on and on and on and on and on... and on about that their primary goal is to represent Australian civilians, yet all they seem to be interested in is robbing people of both freedom and money so they can feather their own nests.

Also, if they (politicians) are fully aware that around 35 % of the population can no longer pay their bills, then surely increasing rates, adding new taxes, new mandatory fees for new bogus mandatory regulations / registrations for everything including the kitchen sink, handing out fines like handing out candy, etc etc are just actions we would expect from criminal thugs.

So can anyone please explain how these people are representing the average Aussie?

  • What do you think of this quote...?

"I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours."
