I have a new business venture that I would like to pursue. Without revealing much the product is similar to a shampoo bottle. There is nothing like it so I need to have it custom made. I know that I can go to alibaba and get it made in china but it would require too many quantities to be made. I am not there yet. I want to make it in the US (I live in So Cal) so the quantity is low.

My thought process is that I would need to get a design over the a plastic company where they create the product. I don't know too much about injection molds but I think that comes later once I am ready to make multiple quantities.

Where do I go for this type of business? I did a google search and found a few bottling companies such as petcon but they are in montreal canada. I would like to find something in CA but haven't had much luck.

If anyone has experience or knowledge in manufacturing goods / idea of where to start, that would be greatly appreciated.

I want to know once you are approved for medi-cal (california) for health benefits how often do you have to re-apply?

I am sick of all of the illegal breeders out there and charging $350 - $500 for a dog! The law in los angeles states that it is illegal to breed dogs without a proper breeding permit.

How can I report people? Where do I report? Please help. It has to stop and I will make it a mission to stop all the backyard breeders if I just could figure out where to report.

Last week, my dad who is 65 had to be rushed to the hospital for pancreatitis. He only has Medicare Part A and is considered low income.

During his stay he had the following treatments:

5 hours Emergency Room - Utrasound, CT Scan, pain meds

2 nights private heart monitoring room - around the clock care, pain meds, blood pressure check, IV fluids, antibiotics, insulin shots, no meals

2 nights semi private room - MRI, around the clock care, paint meds, blood pressure check, IV fluids, antibiotics, insulin shots, meals.

We haven't received the bills yet but we were discharged after 6 days. Due to the swelling, we still need to go in to do an MRI to make sure what is causing the pancreatitis in a few weeks.

My question is, out of this, what is covered in the medicare part A? After a lot of research, it doesn't look like Medicare part A will cover very much. We thought "hospital benefits" actually included, any kind of emergency treatment like what my dad got. We also didn't know what doctors will send you a seperate bill from their office.

Can anyone add to this mess on what we can do? Should we be expecting a $300,000 + bill in all? Out of this what will be covered by medicare part A?

**We are in the process of applying for Medical and have recenty had to do a "spend down" to bring our personal property limit to $3000.00 to be elibible. Does anyone have any other suggestions on what else we can do or show to our social worker to get us approved?

I do not want to use Time Warner for Cable TV or Internet. Are there other options for me?

Cable Internet is preferred. (Can live without TV).

I also would rather not go with DSL since we dont use a home land line.

What options do I have?

I looked into Cox Communications but they don't service my area. Is Time Warner the only company I can use for Cable Internet?

I had a perianal cyst surgery (open wound) 4 days ago and I still don't feel any pain! Doctor prescribed me Vicadin but I haven't had to use it.

I assume they gave me a long lasting anesthetic but from what I read, this should be out of my system after 3-4 days. I'm going on day 5, do you think this is normal?

What types of long lasting anesthetic could I have received?

We have a new business of making one dollar dog toys with or without squeaky toys. What do you think of this idea?

We have a large breed dog that will tear up and unstuff her toys in a matter of minutes. no matter how expensive the toy, that is her thing. take out all the puff and the squeaky toy!!! So i always try to find the most inexpensive toys at walgreens.

With my larger network of animal lovers, most of them feel my pain with their dogs and think that offering a one dollar toy would be nice.

What are your thoughts?

I only get these channels on my flat screen tv (hdtv ready). I do not have any antennas.

I am totally confused with my cable service and what channels I am getting. Help!

This is what I have:

Time Warner Basic Cable Service $10 + $25

What I am getting:

Basic cable channels like the first 30 channels.

With my Digital Plasma TV I am able to get lots of other channels like Golf, TNT, TBS, Oxygen, MTV, VH1, TLC, A&E, FX, etc. etc.

I'm not complaining because I love watching all these channels but I am confused. When I did call Time Warner (carefully!) they told me that if I am getting more channels than the 30 I am picking up channels that are being aired by the state (I didn't get it but I didnt want to keep asking time warner).

My question is:

1. why I am getting more channels than I am paying from Time Warner.

2. if I cancel my time warner basic cable, can I still get all of these digital channels?

If anyone knows what is going on let me know.

Oh and I only get these awesome channels only on my plasma and not my old TV (I assume because i need to get a digital converter for that). My TV is also set to cable and not AIR. When I do change it to air, I do get some channels that i dont get from Time Warner. Actually get like 60 channels but most are asian and spanish channels.

I brought in a label from an existing paint job to Home Depot to duplicate. After I got home and started to paint, it is not the same color.

The only difference that I see on the label is:

BASE:7300- SATIN PREM PLUS INT SATIN ENAMEL

vs

BASE: 2-7300- SATIN PREM PLUS INT SATIN ENAMEL

the other difference is:

({CM} CUSTOM COLOR MATCH)

vs

({MAN} CUSTOM COLOR MATCH)

Is there a difference here? Trying to see if I can try to return it because it is clearly not the same color to me.

I am moving in and the wall has a peachy beige color that I don't like. I want to paint it using "swiss coffee" color which is like a white beige with no yellow or pink in it.

Do I need to prime the walls to get the exact swiss coffee color that I want?

When you are trying to build credit -

1. does it matter if you spend $2 on your credit card versus $500? (assuming we pay 100% of the balance every month)

2. We heard that to build credit it is best not to pay 100% of your credit card every month but pay off 90% one month, 80% another, 100% etc. etc. is this true?

1. Assuming we spend less than 25% of our credit limit.

2. Assuming we are responsible and will always pay monthly.

3. Assuming we have excellent credit but lacking credit history.

I am trying to buy a house but can't qualify because I only have 1 active trade line of credit and they are looking for atleast 3.

Do I have any options without dealing with FHA Loan or waiting 2 years to get an established line of credit?

* Can we apply together even though I am the bread winner and use my wifes line of credit?

Here is info about me:

2. my fico is 760 and 780.

3. I have 100K in the bank (would like to put 20-35% downpayment.

4. First time buyer

5. Been in the US since 2005 (green card holder, soon to be us citizen).

6. wife has good credit and established lines of credit but not currently working.
