Just want to play music from my iPhone 4S (not iTunes) connecting it to my Denon AVR 2312 Reciever and listening to the music with my home cinema speakers. How do I do this please?

Anyone know what one is the better amp for home cinema?

Also what speakers to add. Was thinking of Dali Zensor 5 5.1 or B&W 684 Home Cinema.

I have an 180l/40g aquarium with black gravel....but now i want to change it to sand....not sure if this is possible and if it is, its going to be hard getting it out....then adding the sand....as the tank is fully setup with fish, plants and manzanilla wood....is there an easy solution to do this and safely for my fish?

Im kind of thinking i should just leave it and i should of put sand in the first place....

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated....

Ok have just done water test with the following results:

Ammonia 0

Nitrite 0

Nitrate 5

PH 7.2

GH 120

KH 130

Im guessing my tap water is really hard and am going to test that as well to see if they match closely to my tank water.

Do i need to worry about the GH and KH being so high and how do i reduce these levels?

I also did a 25% water change yesterday.

Are there ways i can reduce these levels?

Have read about RO systems and the use of peat moss in the filter, but dont really want to buy an exspensive RO system.

I have a Juwel Rio 180l/40g tank, with the following fish:

6x Cardinal Tetras

6x Rummynose Tetras

5x Redline Torpedo Barbs

4x Yellow Honey Gouramis

4x YoYo Loaches

3x Pearl Gouramis

Do you think im overstocked?

I do 25-30% water changes every week and hoover the gravel.

I test the water every couple of weeks

I have a large planted aquarium(40g) with parkinson and dwarf neon rainbowfish, redline torpedo barbs, pearl and honey gouramis, yoyo loaches and a bristlenose pleco. Ive always been fascinated by aquarium shrimp eg bamboo, ghost and red cherry. But are my fish too big? Dont want to add some and they become an easy meal for my fish. Also how many would you suggest getting?

I have a 180 litre/40 gallon aquarium and was wondering what would be a good choice of plants? Im looking for hardy plants that are good oxygenators and will keep the nitrate/nitrate levels down in my tank. Looking for all types of plants from background, mid and fore ground.

Im looking into getting a pair of either blue, gold or bolivian rams. I have heard the blue and gold rams are very hard to keep with the aquarium nitrate having to be very low or 0. Just looking for advice on people who keep or have kept these beautiful fish and would they make a good addition to my community tank.

how long do i need to soak the bogwood for and what is the best method?

I have 12 Tiger Barbs, 6 are Albino in a 40 gallon tank. I was wondering what good tankmates would be good for these fish?

I would like another shoaling fish and then some loaches, a catfish like a striped dora and or a pleco like a bristlenose.

Any ideas and numbers would be great.

Was thinking about getting one of these for my 40 gallon tank. Is it essential to have bogwood in my aquarium for this fish?

Have looked at a few forums and got mixed comments. Some saying yes they rasp on the wood most of the time and is good for their diet. Then some say no just feed algae wafers and vegetable matter.

Im sure im going to get a mixed bag of answers but advice would be brilliant or any other fish(pleco) that is a good tank cleaner that doesnt require bogwood.
