I have a podcast and I use Audacity for this. My friend would like to edit the recording using Audacity on his computer but we have to record on my computer.

Audacity files are a pain to move so if I export it to an MP3, and he imports it to Audacity, and edits it, and then exports it as an MP3 again, would that degrade the sound quality?

"While this card is in face-up Defense Position, change all face-up monsters on the field to Defense Position, also negate the activated effects of monsters that were in Defense Position when that effect was activated."

Does this mean if I summon a monster, it automatically goes to defense position and its effects are negated?

If both are sent to the graveyard at the same time, could I use Buster Drake's effect to add a monster to my hand and Crush Wyvern's effect to summon that card? Or would the monster have to already be in my hand?

Dark Room of Nightmare inflicts 300 damage each time effect damage is inflicted. So just to clarify, if my opponent draws 2 cards while Lycoris is on the field, I would inflict 200 damage for each card, as will as 300 damage for each card because of Dark Room, correct?

Let's say during my opponent's main phase, I use Effect Veiler on Evolzar Dolkka. Can Dolkka use his effect to negate Veiler?

In the effect it says "Once per turn", which usually means on the controller's turn only if i'm not mistaken, but since it is a Quick Effect, am I able to use that effect on my opponent's turn?

My opponent attempted to summon an Xyz monster using materials on the field and I used Black Horn of Heaven to negate the summon and destroy the monsters. Do the materials stay on the field or do they go to the graveyard?

Can I use dreadscythes effect to summon him if Eatos is tributed by my opponent using Soul Exchange or Monarch Stormforth?

When my opponent activates Soul Exchange and tributes my monster, does that activate the effect of Supply Squad?

I m pretty sure I know the answers to these but just for my friend I have these questions:

I was able to equip my friends dragon type monster to my Underground Arachnid using UA s effect. The next turn, my friend summoned Lord of D. and said that he should get his dragon back because Lord D s effect negates Underground A s effect. Is he right?

Also he was wondering if Maiden with Eyes of Blue s effect activates if she is face down.

I understand that mystical space typhoon does not negate effects and that effects still activate even if I activate MST in resppose. I did all the research and that is an undisputed fact but i want to understand why that is.

Say my opponent activates a normal trap card and I activate mystical space typhoon in response. The official rules say that his normal trap still resolves its effect. They are both spell speed 2 and since I chain MST to his normal trap and chains resolve backwards, shouldn't MST destroy the normal trap before the normal trap's effect resolves?

Why?
