  • How to stay slim when old?

Hello there. This question is for the older people. I know I shouldn't be concerned right now, but I worry a lot about weight gain and being lazy when older. Right now, I am still loosing weight and once I am at my goal, I would like to stay that way forever (that's a big goal in my life). Ladies and gentlemen, how do you stay slim and healthy and especially after menopause (women)? What are some of the foods, beverages and desserts I shouldn't consume? I actually am a vegan, but even so, I still worry about it. I am now age 16, 5"6", 152.9 Ibs and exercise 6 times a week on my elliptical (1hr, sometimes 2 hours). Not only am I a vegan, but I don't consume rice, pasta, bread (very, very rare I have bread), peanuts (am not allergic), alcohol, margarine, butter, refined sugar and I do not consume fried foods anymore (probably do not eat a lot of other bad foods anymore like ice-cream). Please respond and I appreciate the answers that are given, Thanks!!!! :D

  • Peanuts are too addictive?

Hello. I have a quick question. When ever I eat peanuts or peanut butter or any peanut related thing, it becomes so addicting like a drug. Even if I try a small handful, it will not work, I am not set up that way. Can I just not eat it ever? (Not allergic to peanut by the way). I grew up eating peanut butter and my taste buds has made it taste better every time I consume it and that to me can become very dangerous. The nuts and seed that I eat are cashews, pistachios, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and soy beans (not sure if it is really a seed though). The rest of the nuts and seeds (the others that are not listed) that are not there is for the same reason as the peanut butter. Can someone tell me who is the same way without the allergy please? Really gladly appreciate the answers that are given though! :)

  • Can I only drink my greens?

Hello there. I have a question. Instead of actually chewing and eating my greens, can I just put them all into a smoothie/juice instead? It makes it easier to do it that way, and if I eat a lot of veggies that I have to chew, I can get very gassy and can get very uncomfortable (I have normal bowel movement by the way). It is hard to just eat cooked vegetables along with salads all the time, why not just drink it instead? Please respond and let me know if you do the same thing too. Appreciate answers that are given! :D Thanks! :)
