Someone needs to make this clear at colleges and universities, the teaching of Internal Rate of Return if you want your students to get it, you need to show them how you came up with your answers.

Recently, we even used calculators and never came up with the same answer as the college professors, why is that? Could it be that there is no exact answer and that if you come close it should be acceptable or you need to be better teachers, which is it?

Trust and respect are mutual and they are earned. With that being said, should I trust any of my ex's again after he violated my trust to start with and he never had any respect for me at all?

So let's say you have an employee that is a hard worker, reliable, trustworthy and highly qualified, would you send that person to a job that was below their qualifications and expect them to be happy?

If you worked at a company as a receptionist and their telephone system disconnected people continuously, would you consider that to be a GOOD, SOLID BUSINESS PRACTICE? Customers called in saying they could not reach their intended party, that they never returned voice mail messages, that their business was going unresolved, is this a good business practice?

If you were the receptionist and NOTHING IN YOUR OFFICE WORKED PROPERLY, would you think that you were being treated like a QUEEN? Everytime anyone asked the IT Department of this company to do anything, all you got was A HUGE ARGUMENT AND A BUNCH OF MESS, and all this from a MANAGER OF THE COMPANY, what do you think?

I know this chick and she changes clothes three times a day because she has severe OCD regarding her personal appearance. Not only that, but the power bill was $700.00 last month because she attempts to dry clothes on AIR DRY, which does not DRY clothes. She can't keep up with her laundry, it's just piled in the laundry room at all times.

Have to laugh here, my ex-husband used to always ask me this, but in a demeaning way, like I thought I was something, or that he thought he was better than me. The truth is none of us are any better than anyone else. I have a zen attitude as to who I am, and people don't understand that, I don't think I am anything special, very humble.

However, humble, I still know myself, which is more than I can say for some people, who have a false sense of who they are, a fake phoney persona.

Why is it that every single word that comes out of this 85 year old man's mouth is either a lie, or manipulation? All to protect his own selfish interests and to continue to control everyone in his family. The problem is that his family to this day buys this garbage.

Blame is an alcoholic game. Not blaming anyone for anything. If you made a mess don't you think you should be the one to clean it up, instead of blaming everyone else? Don't you think you should be responsible for your own messes, this is how we learn not to make messes to start with.

I am having a little problem with my children. Apparently two of my daughters in law think I am inconsiderate because I tell them what I think. We are family, I should be able to tell you what I think. Now I have been to stay with my middle son where I do all the cooking, cleaning, I help take care of three big dogs and an 85 year old grandfather. All the while it is a fight to get my children up out of bed to even do the smallest chore, or to even offer to help me in any way.

So I have voiced concern over the fact that these young people, my children (and I am not including my youngest son and his wife in this either) refuse to get out of bed to help. Now I have not been thoughtless to these people. These are my children and they are grown, I shouldn't have to beg them to get out of bed and be responsible, should I?

Now it takes work to make it in this world today. So am I being inconsiderate if I expect them to do some work?

Now this has been going on for about a year, so mind you when I said something, was it not well thought out? Is it ill advised for me to say anything at all? Should I just let it go and let my children be lazy bums for the rest of their lives?

This is a ploy so that you don't have to do anything at all because if you can't do it right it releases you from responsibility. My ex-husband used this tool continuously.

My dad used to say you are either part of the problem or you are part of the solution to the problem.

People come in M&D all the time complaining about their spouses/significant others, but they don't understand that they themselves contribute to their issues.

Example, she nags all the time, well what is she nagging about? Fix what it is that she is nagging about, problem solved.

Don't you think that if you are going to be in any kind of relationship you have to have solutions to the problems?

If not you are just in that one repetitive cycle of she does this, and he does that, and she does this, etc. etc.

Why not just fix the problems or get out of the relationship? Wouldn't that be the real answer?

I call this efforts in negativity. People in the work force will do this, give you a million reasons why they can't get a job done and sometimes people in our personal lives will do this too. Wouldn't it be better if they would give you ONE REASON WHY THEY CAN? Does your spouse/significant other do this to you?

Young people get in these dysfunctional relationships and call it love. I am not saying that it is not possible to love someone just because you are young. But I want to know what is your DEFINITION of LOVE?

No Christians Don't Murder. However, I think if you are grown enough to HAVE SEX AND HAVE A BABY, YOU ARE GROWN ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

To be jealous because you are a top contributor on Y/A. There was a question posted on here about being desperate to become a Top Contributor on Y/A? Really, is there someone out there that is really this SICK?

All I can figure of someone that would even post something like this is that they got told something they didn't want to hear by a top contributor, or they are jealous of someone being a top contributor, and don't you think this is just sick?
