mortgage. I also have a personal loan for $15,000. I currently live in a small condo. There is a new resort community just built here in the town where I live. Swimming pool, exercise room, etc. It is a rental community. My current home is worth $150,000. If I did move, I would be able to pay off the $15,000 loan and have no debt other than the rent for $800 - $1200 - somewhere in that range. Is this the wrong move for me? Is it best for me to keep the mortgage??? Thanks so much for some insight! My current mortgage is $900 taxes included.

Every day when I get home from work my neighbor knocks loudly on my door until I answer. I also find her in my garage at times and she yells my name until I acknowledge her. She is in her 70's and in very good health. This has been going on for 3 years. Her daughter lives nearby so she is not lacking for family in the area. It's gotten so bad that the lady that lives on the other side of her is moving. Can you give me some advice as to how I should handle this? I own my home.

am thinking of selling it and using the $60,000 equity that I have to pay off my debt which is weighing heavily on my mind. I would then rent an apartment and live debt free, though I would have my rent to pay every month. Is this a good move? If I keep my home it will take many years to pay down my debt. I date on and off, and recently met someone who is very nice, but has quite a few health problems. He was in a car accident and needs another operation because his back is so bad. To help the pain he is on heavy drugs and can't go without them. He is 55 y.o. Anyway, at night to sleep he needs a few drinks to fall asleep. He has a great job, works every day but gets depressed because of the pain. He has an appointment to see what else can be done for his back. OK. My question is this: Should I get involved with him with these health issues? I'm at a loss what to do. He has other minor health problems, too. I know it sounds shallow - I just need some advice.
