I'm taking a road trip this week and looked at both Apple and Google Maps.

Apple is telling me close to 9.5 hours and Google is telling me close to 8.5 hours. Which one should I trust more?

I have this math problem due and I've done it twice but I'm still not 100% it's right.

The original equation is f(x)= x^3 - (11/2)x^2 + 10x - 19

for the derivative I got 3x^2 - 11x + 10

so my critical points are x=2 and x= (5/3)

It asks when f(x) is increasing and I think its negative infinity to postive infinity, but that could be wrong haha

And lastly it asks where the local max and/or min is and I'm lost

So if anyone could help that would be amazing!

I've tried this problem like 3 times, but I don't know if I'm doing it right. We're going over the quotient rule, which I understand, but I don't think I'm doing the ln((9x^4)- 3x) part right.

the problem is:

Find the derivative of

f(x)=(5^x)(ln((9x^4)- 3x))

I have no clue how to solve this problem and neither does my roommate, please help!

I need a book called Applied Calculus 4th Edition and someone I know is willing to sell it to me for cheap, but she doesn't have the online access code. Dos anyone know if I can just buy a code from the publisher?

My DVR is not recording any of the series that I have. For each show it says 0 upcoming episodes. I don't want to have to delete and set them all up again because I have 42 shows. My power went out the other day, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

My friend LOVES Tom Hanks, and for her birthday I was going to get her a Tom Hanks poster. I cannot find a good poster to save my life (all of them are for movies and I just wanted one that was a good picture of Tom Hanks)! I was just going to make a poster for her, but I need a high quality picture or it will turn out pixelated. I tried googling, but that didn't work.

Any suggestions?

I have never had this problem before, and it (the internet connection) has been working fine. Until today that is. I just finished watching Game of Thrones season 1, so I went to HBO on Demand to download season 2, but the episodes weren't downloading. So I tried to reconnect but it won't let me. My DVR is connected via the Ethernet cable to my internet receiver, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone have ideas for famous sitcom "B characters" (Not part of main cast ex: soup nazi)? I have been given this lovely task at my internship, but I'm afraid the fact that I was born in the early/mid-90's hinders my ability to complete it (ie- I have never seen any "good" sitcoms).

I have like 10 Sims 3 games that I bought from the store (so the physical discs), but I wanted to download them onto another computer that I use. But the thing is, if I want to play, it always makes me put the disc in the computer. I do no want to have to carry the discs with me everywhere I go.

I was wondering if I could download them onto my computer from Origin in someway so I wouldn't have to put the disc in.

Any way to do this without having to buy the digital edition?

I have an assignment for my art class in which we must take a bunch of pictures that show the principles of composition. However the pictures must also tell a story. The story isn't as important as the actual pictures themselves. I'm good at taking pictures, but I am out of ideas when it comes to telling a story.

Any ideas?

Also, I cannot be in the pictures, but my friend will be helping out, so she can be in them as well as any props.

I want to order HBO tomorrow, mostly because I want to watch Girls. If I order it tomorrow (from Direct TV) will it show up on my TV tomorrow or will it take longer?

My English teacher prefers to mail recommendation letters for whatever reason, but on the common app it tells me to invite my teachers. Do I still do this even though she's mailing them in?

I bought AC3 on Black Friday and it was working perfectly fine. And then, like a week and a half ago I started to play it and it told me to update. I started the update, but quit mid-way through (so I don't think it finished downloading). Since then the game doesn't go past the "This game was made my a team with multicultural member with various beliefs" screen. Last night I deleted the update, re downloaded it. It didn't work. I then deleted the update and all of my saved data, and it still didn't work. What else is there to do?

I need to read a book for school, it cannot be a young adult book. I've recently gotten into The Walking Dead. Are there any books out there that are similar?

(I know that the TV show is based of the comic books, but I can't read comic books, it has to be an actual novel.)
