Around the beginning of the month (October) I spread some grass seed, covered it with a thin layer of soil, and then covered it with clear plastic (to act as a green house and to keep birds from getting to it). Now the seeds are germinating, but the nights are starting to get a bit cold (Seattle area). So my question is, should I leave the plastic sheeting on to help protect it, or would it be better to remove it?

There are three choices:

1.) Someone who is a flip-flopper.

2.) Someone who has already flopped.

3.) A potentially good president, but running under a ticket that can't win.

Why or why not?

It's made in China and I can't find any instructions. I can get the rollers off the door, but they won't fit through the slot in the track. I need to replace one.

I rented a Ditch Witch for the weekend and I turned it off to move some rocks and roots. When I tried to start it again, it wouldn't start -- the cooling fan comes on but it won't crank at all. I tried calling the rental yard, but they're closed until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. I REALLY need to get this going again!

I need 2 X 6 studs; preferably somewhere between Everett and Arlington. I've tried Home Depot, Lowe's, and several building supply outlets without any luck.

Also, if you know, what are the different gauges available?

At a freeway off-ramp there used to be this small bush where I would cancel my cruise control and just coast to the bottom but now it's gone! What should I do?

I have a puppy that likes to chew through electrical cords so I need something to cover them until he learns not to. I've already tried vinyl tubing and that didn't even slow him down. If you have any other ideas, please share!
