How can you add power to a mazda 3 without making it louder?
7 AnswersMazda3 years agoWhat and where was the first slave free society on earth?
Looking through history I've noticed its pretty difficult to find a society that didnt exploit slavery. Even today many of our clothes and shoes are made by forced or extorted labor in other countries. I'm just wondering: what was the first society to not allow the keeping of slaves?
1 AnswerHistory4 years agoI have math homework asking for the derivative of a multivariable function and im not really sure how to find it?
It doesn't say directional derivative or partial derivative just the derivative. Its the ambiguity of this that has me confused; what derivative in particular do you think is being referred to?
1 AnswerMathematics4 years agoMy old 700cc tires aren't the same size as the new 700's I got online. What gives?
I bought a wheel set of 700cc shimano rs21's but they are about half an inch smaller in diameter than my old clunky rims that were also 700cc. Now the tires aren't compatible. What is going on here and was I shipped the wrong size?

5 AnswersMathematics5 years agoWhy aren't super aero bikes that are used during triathlons used during the tour de france? What are the pros and cons of this type of bike?
I see aero bikes on time trial sections of the tour but then riders switch back to standard style frames. It just seems so advantageous to use aerodynamic bikes, I cant see why they would use anything else.

2 AnswersLaw & Ethics5 years agoMoment of inertia from Lambda= 2+1X^3. Its a review for a physics exam. I think I integrate the function but don't know what to do next.?
A rod of length 1.00 m has a mass per unit length given by lambda = 2.00 + 1.00x^{2} , where lambda is in kg/m. The rod is placed on the x axis going from x = 0.00 m to x = 1.00 m. What is the moment of inertia of the rod in kgm2 about the y axis?
1 AnswerPhysics5 years agoIve been scouring the internet for an animated music video I watched a while ago. I cant for the life of me find it but one of you may know!?
It was a kind of electric/psych rock sound and I think it had the word "ghost" somewhere in either the title of the song or the band, "Ghost in the (...)" maybe. Anyway the video is of a wizard who rides a dragon to a cave where he flicks a light switch and light begins blasting out of the earth and the moon turns into a disco ball. There are a bunch of hills with faces and funny little dancing guys. Its a pretty trippy and playful style of animation. The song has been stuck in my head for weeks and I cant find the video or the band. Any ideas?
