  • Sulfa? Sulfur? allergy?

I was once told I was allergic to Sulfa..or Sulfur (I'm thinking Sulfa?). I had surgery once and they gave me a morphine drip, and I had an allergic reaction to it. They said it was because morphine was a Sulfa/Sulfa?? derivative? Can someone tell me which is which? (and which I would have if I reacted to Morphine?

  • I have very thin, light eyebrows. What can I use to make them seem thicker or darker, without looking fake?

I don't want to have that "I drew my eyebrows on my face" look, but I dont know what else to do that would seem more natural looking.

  • Does anyone know about Brazilian Garnet?

I am curious as to whether Brazilian garnet is a genuine precious stone and is it worth more or less than a traditional garnet (assuming size and quality is the same) Any info you can provide on it would be appreciated!

  • Yahoo Browser problem..?

Recently I updated to Explorer 8, I know previously that Yahoo games had a warning that they werent all able to function with the update. The warning was removed, yet every time I play, and then try to exit games, I get a pop up saying that there was a problem with the Yahoo browser, and it had to shut down. I have no problem otherwise, on any other sites. Is anyone else having problems with the games?

  • Opinions on not telling the whole truth?

Is it better not to tell the truth to someone if you think it would cause an upset in your relationship, or is it better to tell the truth and be honest? Im dealing with a problem like this now..a friend said that they didnt want to tell me something because it would possibly mess up our relationship...I say (now that I found out anyway) that withholding truth is as bad as lying and its not being honest with the other person. Apparently, my friend has a different idea...I suppose something like if you dont directly ask, then I wont bother to tell...dont want to upset the apple cart.

  • Thyroid/Iodine relation?

I have Hashimoto's disease, meaning basically I have no functioning thyroid. Someone told me recently that they thought I was either not supposed to have iodine, or I was deliberately supposed to have iodine, because of this. The doc never said anything about it. I take a multivitamin with iodine in it, and use iodized salt on occasion. Should I be concerned?

Just curious...when you give CPR to someone, you are supposed to be breathing into them from your exhaled air supply..isn't that pretty much valueless, since you exhale CO2 and they need oxygen?

  • Plant gift Azaleas outdoors?

I have an Azalea someone gave me as a gift, in a small pot. I was trying to see online if they can be planted outdoors, as Ive often seen beautiful azalea bushes in bloom. Different sites say different things. One says greenhouse azaleas wont live outdoors, one said it depends on the variety (which I have no idea of, there was no tag with a name or such)..I'm confused. Im in zone 6.
