My son is 2 and 1/2 years, and he has a nose picking problem. Every time I look at him he has both fingers up there. Any suggestions on how to get him to stop. It seems sometimes when I tell him to stop that he even didn't realize he was doing it. It's kind of like a bad habbit, but how do you break a toddler of a bad habbit.

P.S. he is child #3 with #4 on the way so I don't always see it and I think that is part of the problem to.

I have tried to put food coloring in white icing but it only gets it dark pink. I need red icing for a themed dinner. Does anyone have any tricks to getting real red icing?

I am a mom of 3 so I kinda know what I am doing but I am stuck on this one. My youngest just turned 1. It has always been a bit of a chore getting him to sleep through the night. Well for his 1st birthday he got a cold that turned into bronchitis and then turned into pneumonia. We ended up in the hospital for a few days. Anyway while he was so ill the only way I could get him to sleep was to hold him. Well he is all better now. Checked out by the Doc and everything. So now at bed time and all naps I rock him to sleep, and as soon as his body touches his bed he starts screaming. So after a few night of fighting that we decided to let him cry it out. We moved his 3 yr old sister on to our bed room floor so she could sleep and let him cry. Well wouldn't you know that kid screamed ALL NIGHT. We did check on him here and there. Change his pants even give him a bottle. Now we are on day 4 and I just layed him down and he is screaming. I am at a loss. It does not seem to be getting better.

Any ideas (besides cleaning it everyday or replacing it all together) on how to keep mold from growing around the water line in our toilet?

I am talking #2 here folks. Me and my hubbie have a specific no poop in front of each other rule in our house, but my hubbie is a firefighter and some of the guys at the station say they do it right in front of their wives and the wives do to. I just don't think that is right. What about you guys and gals?

My husband and I were discussing this last night and wondering if people are anti this whole war, or are they just tired of the war and think at this point it is useless at this point.

I ask this because on Sept 11, 2001 I don't know of a person who disagreed with our troops going over seas and bombing and killing the people who killed thousands of our innocent men women and children in one of our strongest cities in the US. However, I think that as the years have gone on and more and more troops are dying our citizens are getting tired of it and are ready for it to come to and end. I myself understand that their is a need for war sometimes to preserve our freedom, however their is a point where we need to expect other countries to stand on their own.

Anyhow, just want to know if when you say anti-war, do you mean you disagree with everything having to do with the war or do you think that we need to withdraw at this point.

Please no ugly word I just want point of views. Thanks.

A week ago I accidentaly shut my finger in the door of my car. My husband (who is an EMT) picked up a brace and tape at the drug store and splinted my finger. It swelled pretty good and I am pretty sure I broke it at or right under the joint closest to the tip of the finger. The swelling has gone down but it and the hand are still pretty bruised. I want to know if anyone knows how long I should keep the finger braced and taped? I unwrap it at night to shower and I still can not curl the finger. Any ideas or if anyone else has done this please help me out.

And NO I did not go to a doctor because I currently do not have insurance and I did not want to get charged $300.00 for something my husband could do.

I am recently a new stay at home mom and I am trying to break up the boring dinners with some new dishes. Now I love the food network but if I watch all day I might see 1 or 2 dishes that I would have the ingredence for and that my kids will eat, I mostly watch it for the good tips and ideas. But I want to know if and of you have something original, not to fancy, and with out any strange ingredence that I'll have to go searching for. Any recipies will be apperciated. Thanks so much!

Do any of you have phobias? I mean an uncontrolable fear of something. I am totaly creeped out by the ocean. And I live about 10 min from the beach. To many weird things in there.

Anyway I'd love to hear that I am not the only weird-o.
