i've been offered a volunteering place at london 2012 and have some training coming up at wembley arena but i live up north near manchester. i'm just wondering what the best way to get there is by public transport. a bus down is probably cheaper but then i'd have to get from wherever it stops to the arena which i guess could be expensive.

does anyone here live in london or has been themselves that can help me. Thanks

ok so i'm using an epson R220 printer with cheap ink that mum bought (not the seahorse stuff), a windows xp computer with microsoft office word 2003 edition.

it did this on me the other day so i went to dads, when i got back it was working again.

i printed out 4 copies of which they were all blank. my printer lately has been printing out blue lines also (but not all the time though), so i then printed out 2 more copies which printed out the blue lines only.

ok so i've had a problem with my clutch and took it to be looked at by halfords cos they did a free clutch check. spoke to my dad about the money and things on the phone cos he was gonna help me out and he rang the main dealer. i've got a peugeot 206 2002 model and they quoted 400 roughly but they needed know more about the car so me and mum rung the dealers close to us but a different dealers, still peugeot mind, and we took it down to be looked at.

i get a phone call yesterday saying it needs a lot more work doing to it not just the clutch. cambelt and head gasket, the radiators leaking apparently too. the amount quoted is about £1300 but to do most of the work would be about 900 cos he's doing me a deal. i would then a year on need to spend another 500ish on some of the other things.

what do you guys think. am i being ripped off. i feel like i should take the work cos i cant afford a new car. do you think i can just get the clutch done and leave everything at that. there was no oil on the dipstick which i know needs topping up but he thinks its linked to one of the other problems.

these embossing machines where you feed it through via a handle. i just wondered how they work because i cant afford one at the moment but would love to emboss and use some of the folders or spellbinders if i can.

might sound daft but can i emboss with a rolling pin. i know i can use the spellbinders as a template and i have one i want to buy, but some are more intricate and likely to require a machine.

ok so my boyfriend has a weed addiction and since he got caught steeling some money from someone he's been getting himself better and not smoking (or so he says). if he's prepared to get himself better then i'm prepared to give him a chance (i love him and want the best for him and want to be with him).

im looking at travelodge for their sale prices and i've chosen 2 places at £15. the first is shrewsbury which i've been to before. we had our dog from the dogs trust at roden and although i've only been twice to the town for a look around i thought it was quite a nice place.

the second choice is hereford. now i've never been anywhere near here before. the hotel is 0.2 miles from town centre. what is there in town, is it quite big or small. what else is there to do outside of hereford.

i'm only going to stay for the 1 night with my boyfriend but as i dont really know whats there i cant decide which to choose. he doesnt know it'll be a surprise, i want it to be a nice one though
