Hello, I am living overseas and have just given birth to a little baby boy, I would love for my mum to come and visit me and see her grandson but my mum is a NKF patient and i am not sure if anybody knows if there is anyway part of her dialysis can be covered if she dialyse overseas. Does anybody have any information ? It will be much appreciated, thank you so much !

I mean those that really stick with you through thick and thin, not trying to compete with you, are genuinly concern for you and your well being and not afraid to say things that will hurt you if its for your overall good ? I mean most friends that i meet are nice in general, but most of them are just 'friends you pass time with and have a good laugh' but true, sincere friends, i doubt they exist....what do you think ?

Understand that cayenne pepper are made into vitamins supplements and these are not suitable for pregnant women. But can I use them in my recipe as a spice ?

Are you a smoker if so, do you intend to quit? If smoking is bad for health why do you wanna smoke.

If you are a non smoker, do you find that in public places like restaurants, the better area are usually reserved for smokers and most smokers don't seem to care if their smoke are in your face???

Three men went to a motel. The motel manager said a room cost $30, so each man put up $10 and went to their room. A little while later the manager realized the room was only $25, so he sent the bellhop back to the three guys' room with $5. On the way to the room the bellhop couldn't figure out how to split the $5 between the 3 men, so he gave each one of them $1 and he kept the other $2.

This meant that the 3 men paid $9 each for the room for a total of $27. Add the $2 that the bellhop kept = $29.

Where did the other dollar go?

Hey since there so many nationalities here, can anyone just each share what is one of their favourite dish, and provide the recipe, a link or just simple instructions on how to do it ?

It can be a dessert or main dish, any kind of food really ! It would be fun....it must not be too complex, should be a typical home made dish that you can easily prepare at home....For a start here is mine

Why can't people respect their preseidents ? Especially for Bush and Blair. I see so many remarks and jokes made about them, its such a shame. They are the leaders of your countries, working hard day and night to protect the country in the best way they think it is. I am sure they have so many tough decisions to make every single minute, but the public just knows how to point their fingers with critisicm. Its such a shame. Look even the middle eastern war torn countries are so supportive of their leaders. In asia, they respect the leaders, we don't see them going around posting monkey faces of them on the internet. I am just so shocked to see all these and its such a shame.

I see so many spoilt kids around, especially in Europe. Most parents don't believe in spanking their kids, not talking about belting them or caning them. But don't you think some form of discipline is necessary, cos most of the time kids are too young to understand if you try to reason with them. What is your opinion on that ?

Just wanted to know any spooky encounters you guys have ever experience. And do you think that it might have been your imagination or it is definately for real.

Some of these programs are really scary and its also kind of like encouraging teenagers to go for it. There is this program which shows how this teenager wanna go under the knives to look like one of the celebrity and another one who wants to be strip dancer, and surprisingly their parents are rather supportive. And i am shock to see them airing this on primtime tv... :o whats yr opinion on that ?

Ok i got quite many responses to my question above, thanks for the contribution; but one thing that i STILL don't understand is, why when men see beautiful girls, some or most of them have to say something to her, sometimes nasty sometimes provocative, sometimes scary, (especially more if they are with a group of friends)? Ok us girls we do look if there are good looking men too, but all we do is look at least, we don't say nasty things or try to be funny.....

When a girl walk by them, the first thing they notice, their butt, then after, you know what, why are ALL men having only 1 thing on their mind ? Is any men making any effort at all not to be so visualistic ? Is it a struggle for them, or its more a norm now?

Do you have more things to do now that heat is gone, or you prefer the hot sunny weather?
