Wow! Don't ever purchase Webroot's Spy Sweeper. Not only did it quarantine Windows OS, but then I had to pay a tech to figure this out, but then he had to wipe and prep my computer and start from scratch. I figured Spy Sweeper customer service would pay for the tech services since their software deleted the OS. Nope. That is against policy. I did some research on the web and this software gets bad reviews everywhere! We only used it because it was recommended by Geek Squad. Now I know not to trust them.

To Webroot: Thanks for taking our money, protecting us from the all evil operating system and creating tech charges then. To add injury to insult thanks for not paying the tech charges or even be interested in the fact your software deleted OS files--then all three customer service reps were rude. Anybody else have similar situations (that is the only question in my question)? :)

So I have XP 2007 on a desktop. Today I ran spy sweeper like I do weekly. Something came up (don't remember the issue) with 5 red bars of risk--bad! So I went to quarntine it and it froze spy sweeper. I went to then close out of QuickBooks, which said it wouldn't back up. So then I decided to reboot the system since everything was froze. Now it will not boot up past the XP Windows screen. Any suggestions? Also weird--we never use this computer for email or internet!

I would like to sell my desktop and would like to know how to delete all my info off of the hard drive to ensure my bank account or personal info will not be used. Should I do the option of restoring to original status?

Can I download music from youtube to Itunes? Or what is a good program to download free music? Don't give me crap about stealing music or do--whatever.

I have a picture that I need to crop, but not the traditional square crop. I need to actually cut around part of a graphic so that it does not have white background. I have asked word help, with no help. Any suggestions? Is there an option in Paint or another software (other than InDesign that I do not have). Thanks!

I need websites or advice on building and planting my veggie beds. I would like three rows of corn (outside the bed), pull beans, zuchini, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. I will only have one to two plants for each. I need to figure out how much room I need to provide. Thanks!

Wow, this year my taxes are more in depth. I own a house so I have interest expense, school tuition payment-more interest expense, had my first baby, some medical expense, some major house projects including new siding and new plumbing, charity donations. Looks like I will be using Form 1040.

So I am allergic to trees and the christmas season with trees in our homes is driving me bananas. What can I take for relief while breastfeeding. If I consult my doctor...is it my doctor or the pediatrician?

So I am overdue and my body is slowing getting ready...lost my plug, some bloody show about four days ago. Now I am starting to have more braxton hicks or false contractions. The only thing I am worried about is that last nigh I had a lot of contractions that involved me getting chilled to the bone then ragging hot and very sick to my stomach. Has anyone else experienced this or know if this is common? I thought those symptoms were only in late stage of labor.

I am not talking about Braxton Hicks, because those are frequent. I am talking about real contractions with pain. I woke up last night with pain that made me think I was starting my period. It lasted just a few minutes and then I was off to bed. So just wanted to see how many days or weeks some mommies went through this.

I am 38 weeks 4 days...would love a Halloween baby!

I already know what I need to do (diet, more fluids, and walking). Just thought I would see how many other moms-to-be are feeling the aches and pains of creating life! Tell me what your worst compliant is.

So I have a Frigidaire side by side fridge/freezer with an ice maker. My freezer has the element on the back bottom that heats up (I can see it red and hot) and it melts some ice somewhere and then leaks the water out the front of the freezer from the door and then down and under. What can I do to repair this or what is going on!

So I am 36 weeks and last night had a little milk come out. I know this is normal, but just wondered how many other moms or moms to be have had this happen before delivery.

Do you think this is an indication that delivery will happen before 4 weeks? (I can only wish)

Okay--all the calendars on the internet say I am 9 weeks, the nurse a week ago said something about 10 weeks and then the doctor a couple of days ago said 7 weeks. So last period was Feb 1st--the due date is Nov 7th (everyone agrees here), but how far along am I? I wonder for tracking my baby's development. Thanks!

Do you think i can do it alone? This is my first child, I am 29 finished college, own my own house and have a great job. My support system of friends and family are strong, but I am still upset I am doing this alone. My bf or ex is such an a**hole and I should have left him a year ago. I finally kicked him out of my life. Although I don't regret kicking him out--I am sad that I am not sharing this with the one I love. Can any single parents give me some advice on doing this alone?
