  • about frueds levels of conciousness?

im sorry about my spelling and grammer lol but i know his theory was that the unconcious was where we stored thoughts we didnt want to accept or were not aware of therefore not capable to accept.but was he one who believed that the unconcious is also where anyone has ever stored experiences? my psychology teacher was telling me about the concept that anything that has ever happened to any one ever is a part of all of us but that our psyche is not active enought to be aware of it?so my question again is was that freuds idea?and if not and im just babbling haha what are your thoughts about this?

  • okay christians have made a good point?

if there is no way to prove a god exists,or doesnt.and there is no way to prove heaven and hell are real or fake.why not put your hope in the fact that there is at least hope for something else. well being athiest i can say that of course i hope something like heaven exists.but that does not mean i believe in my heart that there is.because to me it seems normal to think there is no god if there is no proof of one.christians can you respect that?

  • the belief in a god is just this?

we are all here with two questions.1.why are we here and 2.what happens when we leave.

the idea that nothing happened before we came so nothing happens after your gone is too frightful.

so people put false hope in things that nobody can explain so that they feel comfort.

it is not faith it is lying to yourself.im not saying that there is no god, because i dont know there could be.but there could also be superheroes i dont beliee that there are though because i havent seen enough evidence of them.people just want to be able to have something bigger accout for their mistakes and failures.this is just selfish.and also selfish to tell people that they are wrong in believing in reality that there is no god.you may say science is only proof of physical matters and not spiritual, but the physical world is all we live in and know.the physical is where humans grasp their ideas of reality not old fiction stories.thoughts?

  • christians are so militious!?

why do so many christians approach other beliefs with anger and hate and ignorince.even on here and atheists or really any other person is just trying to give a logical answer! based on facts.i mean how can you have so much confidence that you are right and be so negative about it when there is no way to EVER prove anything.

  • is the universe endless?

if the universe is endless, wouldnt that mean that possibilties are endless.if it was truely endless would it be safe to say that anything our minds can conjure up exists in some space.for instance super man and his world exist.

  • is it safe to say organized religion is evil.?

i mean people are born into there religions, half the time dont even stop to think that what they believe is retarded, and then act almost/or literally militious to anyone who sees things differently.

religious people just seem like a bunch of biast hypocrites.people that preach but dont practice.

why should people be fighting over something that can never be proven.the only way to know what happens after you die is to die.come on the religion section on here is under society and culture, things that change as trends and traditions are set.beliefs should be something you stick to not something that changes all the time. im just saying its turned into a competition it seems.thoughts?
